Anthony and his team are fantastic! They are very professional and personable. I had been going to Anthony for a couple months for therapy on an injury that just wouldn’t heal on its own. They tailored their treatment regiment based on how I was feeling and didn’t just do a cookie cutter program but really focused on getting me back to where I was pre-injury. I would highly recommend BayLife to anyone struggling with chronic or acute problems. Thank you Anthony and your staff for giving me back my freedom of movement.

Anthony, Riley, Cooper and Christina were absolutely phenomenal! I tore my labrum in both shoulders and could barely hold a gym bag, cross my arms or buckle my seatbelt with very limited range of motion. I thought for sure that I would need surgery in order to get healthy again. Within a few short months of working predominantly with Anthony and Riley, I started getting my range of motion back and started feeling like myself again. Anytime they were unavailable I worked with Cooper or a Christina who were amazing as well. As of today, I am now almost back to 100% and feel like I can live a normal life again. Sara was also equally accommodating working with me around my crazy schedule. Overall my time rehabilitation at Baylife has been such an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone.

The whole team here is phenomenal, from Sarah at the front desk to the 4 different PTs I had the pleasure of working with. Cooper, Riley, Anthony, and Cristina each had their own unique way of kicking my a$$ to build me up stronger. They pushed me in ways I never would’ve in my own. This was the best and fastest recovery I’ve ever had!! Thank you.

I have known Lisa Chase as a physical therapist for the past fifteen years. She was originally hired as a spine therapist for the St. Vincent’s Sports Medicine Program, Jacksonville, Florida. During that time she distinguished herself with excellent clinic outcomes and was invited to join the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour (Professional Women’s Tennis Tour), which moved her away from Jacksonville. After her departure, I never lost contact and, in fact, I have sought her out over the years and sent patients to her wherever she was. Without fail she came to a correct solution for each and every one of them. I recall one of the more recent referrals was a good friend who at the time was taking in excess of eight Tylox a day to manage his back pain. Within a week of seeing Lisa he was down to one Tylox a day, and now is currently free of all drugs.

Because of Lisa, I’m sure many injuries were prevented and those that did happen saw a quick recovery time. Her technique of using a holistic approach and addressing the body as a whole improved my overall abilities on the court. Physical therapists like Lisa Chase are a rare find.

Been working with Heather for over a year now. Had two frozen shoulders and could barely sleep at night. Also, fortunate to be gifted severe osteoporosis at only 55 years old. Working with Heather has saved my life. I attend an hour session daily because I trust her beyond words can express. Most therapists talk a good game but she actually delivers results. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and puts a lot of effort into each session. Hard to imagine life without her.

Very welcoming when visiting, great service/workout sessions, polite and positive employees who takes passion with caring for the patients they serve to rebuild back all the strength the person need. Farese Physical Therapy is an awesome place I would recommend visiting it's a great physical rehab facility.

Dr. Farese and her staff have helped me tremendously. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring and I've been able to heal quite a bit with their attention and assistance. I am so thankful for them.
