I can't speak highly enough for Animal Medical Hospital. They're a Gem in the St. Petersburg community. My Corgi, Olive, ruptured her left hind CCL back in 2024. Dr. Clark was quick to diagnose the injury and confirmed it with testing and Xrays. Dr Clark and his team were the best. He didn't do the hard sell on surgery; However recommended it. He educated me on the benefits of repairing CCL injuries via surgery but there were alternatives. For us because Olive was just 3 years old at the time, surgery was the best option. Olive had an excellent surgery and was walking a day later and her full return to activates was about 6 weeks after surgery. On Feb 13th, 2025, Olive ruptured her right hind CCL while playing at the dog park. Was this a surprise? No. Why? Because Dr Clark had advised me back in 2024, it was very likely that the opposite knee would rupture in the next year or so. I was prepared and educated. Once again, Dr Clark and his team were amazing. Olive is well on her way to making another fine recovery thanks to Animal Medical Hospital, Dr Clark, and his Team. As for pricing, they left me surprised both times because they're not only competitive but do much, much better than any Veterinarian in St. Pete.

My Dogs have always been the #1 thing in my life (as I've always been single). Their well-being and comfort is always very important. For years Animal Medical Hospital has treated and cared for my companions in the best ways possible. From annual shots to major surgeries their up to date knowledge and truly sincere concerns (& occasionally condolences) have completely assured me that my pet partners are in the best of hands. The Drs and techs/staff always take time to explain things and answer every question and concerns. The office is very efficient and the facility is always clean (without that hospital-like smell) My Dogs have always been happy and anxious to enter the door at Animal Medical Hospital, which helps me too !

The vets here, specifically Dr Ruiz, are incredible. They helped treat my cat Pumpkin with FIP. We are very grateful for the help of the staff and their patience with my many phone calls, texts, and last minute appointments.

Great service and great pricing! Last year we got our dog fixed and they did an excellent job. Previously we had spent 600 dollars at another clinic to have our male cat neutered which is outrageous and was not even close to what we paid for our dog. Today I utilized their walk in service as our cats needed their rabies shots updated. I was impressed with how efficient the experience was and the pricing was extremely affordable. The staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them taking care of our babies We will not go anywhere else.

Always a great experience here. Dr. B did the most thorough orthopedic exam on my German Shepherd. She was also willing to discuss concerns about my Bernese without being rushed. I left feeling educated and reassured. The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Petpal was able to get me and my baby in very quickly for appointment. Staff extremely friendly helpful. Do was knowledgeable and caring towards my fur baby!
