I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I was seen quickly, and the medical team took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, which helped make the visit feel even more comfortable. Thank you for providing such excellent care during a stressful moment—I really appreciated it.

I have been using this urgent care service for several years now. The staff is awesome! You can book appointments online and they are always on time. The PA is knowledgeable and took her time with me, and the facility is clean. I rarely take time to write reviews when asked, but the quality of care this service provides is truly worth it.

I was so impressed with the entire staff. They were courteous, very professional, and answered all of my questions and definitely made me feel at ease. I have already recommended this urgent Care to a friend, and will certainly recommend it to anyone.

Compared to other Urgent Care centers I have been to, this was FANTASTIC. Intake process was quick, receptionist was sweet and only collected the appropriate copay (Baycare has been ripping me off for a big “deductible” payment and then refunding the difference FOUR MONTHS LATER), and they called me in before I could even sit and get my phone out to wait. Doctor was professional and friendly, got a prescription, in and out with all my concerns addressed and questions answered in less than 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend this place! The staff, nurses, and doctors are fantastic—welcoming, personable, and easygoing. The overall atmosphere is great. Having recently moved here from PA, I know it can take time to get into a new doctor, but they have been incredible throughout the process. I’ll definitely be back.

Walk in was fast and easy. They accept cash. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to. The location is convenient and there are pharmacies close by to fill any Rx you may need. Thanks for helping me so quickly.

I was in so much pain. Samantha did such a good job to help me feel comfortable in the ARNP. Kelsey was so kind and so honest and encourage me to go to ER as needed. Very happy I did. I was a pretty sick woman so kind all the ladies there very professional Thank you all very much.

I feel that my experience there this morning was very positive. They were very efficient, informative, and caring! The facility was very clean and very impressive. I would definitely recommend this facility.
