Staff is super friendly and Dr. Patel is wonderful. She explained everything really nicely. I got the low level light therapy done for my dry eyes and I can already feel a difference. I like the bundle pricing to make it easy and save money vs paying per treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Patel!.

Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing. Whenever I call or visit, they are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel is great at what she does. She listened to my concerns and was accommodating. She is also pleasant to communicate with and takes her time.

It was a great experience. The process was easy and efficient. All staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel was knowledgeable - she took the time to explain the result of the examination. Highly recommended.

I always knew something was off with my vision back in school, but I never realized just how bad it was— Thankfully, my eyes are healthy, and today was the first step toward seeing clearly. Huge shoutout to Jeremy and his amazing team at SPECS—they got me set up with new glasses and an unbeatable deal. The care and attention they gave me made the whole experience easy and actually enjoyable. If it’s been a while since your last eye exam or you’ve never had one, don’t wait. I can’t recommend SPECS enough—they really do take care of you!.

I’ve been a customer of SPECS since they opened their doors. They use the latest technology for eye exams, and their staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient when you’re trying to find the perfect pair of glasses that fit your budget and insurance plan. They won’t be happy until you’re happy with your new glasses!.

SPECS is by far one of the best places I have been for eye care and glasses. The team here is awesome and they have a great selection of frames. Jeremy helped me find a couple pairs of rockin polarized sunglasses at a great price. I couldn’t be happier!.

Blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness. Took my disabled brother in and they actually helped me get him into the exam chair! Most places won’t help at all. These people assisted me with transferring him! Super friendly, state of the art eye exam and can’t say enough of what a positive experience it was. He now has a new eye doctor! The doctor is very friendly and took time with my brother. 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you so much for helping him to his wheelchair transport, holding doors, every act of kindness, you provided. And even taking over his eye rx! Wow! A doctor you can count on! Many thanks to each of you and see you again soon!.

Today’s visit for my annual checkup went as all my visits over the years have gone: pleasant, professional, thorough. The front office was pleasantly detailed. The Dr’s Assistant was pleasant and on task. And Dr Mason listened to my questions and concerns, and answered them thoroughly. I’ll keep coming back.

Dr. Mason is professional and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prompt service without long wait times is a bonus. Both myself and my husband have had great experiences with them.
