I saw Lynn for nearly 2 years when I moved from Chicago to Tampa. She helped me cope with the ups and downs of life as a young twenty-something year old trying to establish myself in a new city. I have always had some anxiety/depressive tendencies and the EMDR therapy we practiced was SO useful in letting go of hurts, habits and hangups I had held onto for year, which allowed me to repair relationships and have the courage to stand firm in my faith and practice healthy boundaries. Now I go back to Lynn to check back in, or when life throws an unexpected curve ball and I want to make sure I have the right perspective. I have also gone to Lynn for couples counseling sessions with my boyfriend and referred her to countless friends. She in genuine, disarming and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
