I just had my annual check-in with Dr. Long at Synergy Integrative Medicine Center in Chesapeake! I look forward to it all year. I love looking at my progress and the awesome coaching I receive. I have been going to Synergy since 2015, and as I come up to 60 years old this year, I feel great, and my labs reveal that my health is optimized. I have been seeing Dr. Rebecca Ryder for about 10 years now. She is very easy to talk to and is always interested in how I am doing. She does a through exam, reviews my past history, keeps abreast of my current health, encourages me to exercise and what types of exercise I should be doing. Every year she puts in a request for my annual mammogram, and reminds me of any procedures that are due like colonoscopies or bone density tests. She has even been advising me on how to prepare to go on Medicare. She is a great doctors and would highly recommend her!

I have been being taken care of by Dr. Ryder at Synergy for over 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and diligent in monitoring blood levels to ensure you feel your best. Her office staff is friendly and most importantly, very reliable. I highly recommend Synergy.
