I was very pleased with the hospitality of each person at the front desk that I encountered. This was my first time visiting and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The medical staff was very impressive and I don't mind returning, if need be. This facility, NowCare, was the one that a friend of mine recommended and I am glad. Thanks for the care that I received.

The front desk staff are very gracious and the doctors know what they're doing. They take the time with their patients to provide the best care possible. I found this place to be an excellent place to go to if you're having medical issues that need to be addressed. I recommend this place highly.

Great customer service very friendly polite. Didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor doctor very concerned, considerate and ask questions and make sure before you left that you had everything that you needed. The staff was wonderful.

The office was pleasant as usual. Always clean and attentive, you will be greeted with a big smile. Dr. Dawn always listens to me and is very informative. I met a new nurse Shawnta’ today I love her energy it’s identical to Kiana’s. Such a great team. They always make me feel welcomed and heard. They are very intelligent, supportive and compassionate. A true hidden gem in Chesapeake.

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience at this office. Rowena at the front desk was super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. Keyana, who checked my vital signs, was great, very kind and made me feel comfortable right away.

I absolutely love the staff and doctors here! Dr. Parnell is truly amazing!! Everyone is so kind, professional, and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Hands down the best doctor’s office I’ve ever been to.
