I am truly blessed I chose Turning Point to start my recovery! I was terrified walking in the doors not knowing what to expect but Dana met me and made me feel safe, loved and cared for. She explained what the process was and comforted me every step of the way! The staff providing care for detox are truly amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about the patients and cooked us 3 delicious homemade meals, washed and folded our laundry and the cbd detox baths they recommend really help!! I send everyone struggling with substance abuse issues to Turning Point! With their help I’m proud to be over 2 years sober!

Turning Point has been the most positive and supportive experience in my journey through sobriety this far. The staff is great and are always positive and helpful through each and every step. I utilized the detox, residential treatment center, and am currently in their IOP program. Without Turning Point I could not have been successful in achieving my sobriety. My first experience with turning point was back in 2021 in detox and as much as the withdrawals sucked the staff made it so much easier. Fast forward a couple years and I entered detox again and then the inpatient program. If it wasn’t for TP and all its staff I would probably be dead right now. I left and came back 3 years later and they still welcomed me with open arms. I’m truly grateful for all of them.

Being new to this experience, I have to say that it has been nothing short of wonderful. They in processed me very quickly at 10 AM in the morning, when other clinics not only denied me, but would set up appointments like a week later, and with a 6 AM cutoff time. The intake counselor was super nice and quick, aware the entire time that dosing stopped soon and made sure that I would still have time to do so. The doctor and nurse were also nice and expedient. Since that first day, all appointments with my counselor have been a positive experience, and the dosing nurses have been professional and courteous, as well as uplifting at times. The director, Angela, helped me out and made sure that I was taken care of, by addressing my initial issues with dosing. I can truly recommend, and say if you are in need of support with opioid addiction, withdrawal, and treatment, this place can point you in the right direction, and take care of your needs with a holistic approach. I am very happy that I made the decision to go here, and get back on the right track!

Would like to thank two amazing people at this facility. My counselor Bridget and Tracy who took the time to complete my treatment plan so that I could phase up tomorrow. She was wonderful and pleasant, really understands and has compassion for ever patient that comes through the door here at New Seasons. Bridget is an amazing person and really cares about people's recovery, not just thinking everyone's a number! She's been amazing to work with and highly recommend that she deserves a raise!

The best clinic in town if your dosing. Best hours of operation. Nicest staff. They understand that some people may need a bit higher of a dose. I’ve been clean for two years now thanks to New Seasons. Thank you guys!
