Fair warning!! Once you find the right instructor you may become obsessed! I have been coming to blissful for a few years, but I only started attending regularly the last 10 months. I love the hot yoga and hot sculpting classes, specifically with the instructor Charlotte! She will push you physically, while providing a genuinely peaceful space mentally. It’s her classes that make me keep coming back for more and are now part of my weekly schedule. She is also always there on holidays making sure to give others an opportunity to get a work out in. There are several other great instructors also, like Kelly and Pedro. Highly recommend checking several instructors and find who works best for you.

I have been going to Donna Marlow's classes for 3 & 1/2 years. I go to all of her classes that my work schedule will permit and I typically make 4 of her sculpt classes each week. I attend for many reasons including a killer workout, but the real benefits for me lie in the mental and emotional conditioning. At times in class I feel physically and mentally whipped, but I grow physically, mentally and emotionally with each class. Donna's classes are challenging, but I can say with assurance that through Donna's classes I have changed for the better.

I take hot sculpt with Charlotte, and she's incredible. The class is a tough, intense workout that truly delivers. Charlotte is a fantastic instructor--she's challenging, but also flexible, allowing you to make adjustments that suit you while still motivating you to push yourself. She's definitely my favorite instructor.

Love this studio, I had the worst week (put my dog down) and of course also lost my debit card. I went in need of some yoga to help me deal with life. I was hoping they took Apple Pay, which they didn’t And of course I also didn’t have cash on me:( but the girl behind the counter told me not to worry about it and to enjoy class!!! And then the instructor spoke about the love we have our pets!! Thank you hot yoga downtown, y’all made such a crappy week end better! oh yeah, and class was absolutely amazing. Left feeling so much better.

Excellent variety of practices with lots of good time slots! Dani and Molly are a few of my favorite instructors! I do the gym routinely in the morning and finish the day with a practice in the evening highly support this studio and I bet you will do if you're reading this.

This studio offers a Welcoming community of practitioners 20 years strong. Ive been coming for years and thoroughly enjoy the classes. Recently rennovated and includes a new floor.

No question about it, this is by far the best yoga studio in Albuquerque and the best yoga studio I've ever been to in the country! Instructors are top notch! Well educated, friendly, safe, and creative in their approaches to each class. The classes truly cater to the beginner as well as the seasoned yogi and they provide a safe and effective yoga practice for all. The studio is extremely clean and everything is top of the line including the mats and towels they provide (that's right you just show up and they have everything you need) all the way to the nice toiletries provided in the locker rooms. Class times are convenient and they offer a wonderful small well managed daycare. Elisa.H.
