LOVELACE URGENT CARE MENAUL REVIEWS

It wasn't busy around 6 p.m. on a Wednesday. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and efficient. She was really wiping and decinfecting everything when we walked in. The intake nurse was also kind and did a great job! My husband had a minor wound, in a very weird place and the doc was calm and professional about it all. My husband is a very uncontrolled diabetic. Which always complicates even the smallest of wounds! The doctor kindly and swiftly looked at it and told us what he thought was going on and how to treat it. Also gave us some antibiotic cream and oral medication. I'm so grateful.

It was a wonderful experience. I was checked in quickly and the young lady was very nice. I only waited a couple of minutes and was taken to triage. Brandy in triage was so kind. After getting into my room the PA came right in and told me what he thought was going on. I quickly went to xray and back to room. I was given my diagnosis. The whole experience was fast and easy. I would highly recommend them.

I didn't have to wait. My appointment time was 1:45 and I was brought In earlier.

I brought my daughter for what turned out to be a broken arm. Everyone was so great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. It was closer to closing time, but they did not rush through and were very courteous the whole time! If for some reason you need to go to urgent care, this should be your first choice.

The providers here are the best. They always get you in and out as quickly as possible and take care of your needs! I appreciate how they're willing to listen and truly help you with a speedy recovery.

The staff was excellent! Very efficient! They listened well and communicated well. they were unafraid to consult with one another to provide the best care possible.

I had the best urgent care experience here all thanks to Joey. He was patient, kind , compassionate all while being professional and efficient. Will definitely be back when I need to because he made me feel so comfortable when i felt like absolut crap. Someone should give him a raise.

I received the best care when I went to pres 24/7 with chest pain. They got me back to examine me immediately, and were extremely thorough. They fixed the problem with my heart problems.
