Irish and the team has been nothing but amazing. Honestly one of the best people I’ve ever met. Her passion and love for her business and how welcoming she is, is beyond words can describe. So far I started at 245 and now down to 210. I was skeptical at first but went ahead and pulled the trigger. Best decision I truly made. Plus I barely leave any reviews and honestly this business deserves way more recognition.The service, how much they make you feel like family, and the energy the give you is freaking awesome. Honestly I’m happy I found this place and I’ll be sad when I leave New Mexico for another contract. If we could bottle Irish's enthusiasm and vast nutrion knowledge the world would be a much happier and healthier place. They have an array of options for anyone on their weight loss journey. I personally love the natural approach through mineral supplements and my personalized eating plan. You lose weight but gain so much more in the knowledge of what an amazing machine your body is and how to care for it.

Dr. Holland is incredibly nice and personable. I went in for a DEXA scan only and was pleasantly surprised by the detailed breakdown I was given after the scan was done. While I am not utilizing the other clinic services, I can tell Dr. Holland really cares about the well-being of his patients and uses sound, science-based information to support people in their weight loss journeys. I'll be going back in 6 months for my check in scan. In my experience, the DEXA and calipers are the only decent ways of measuring body composition accurately. The machines you hold on to at the gym are a rip-off and are probably underestimating your bf% by at least 5%. The added benefit of the DEXA is you get to check on your bone health, as well as see if you are at risk due to high visceral fat.

Dr. Holland spent more time with me during my initial consult than any physician I’ve seen in the past 10 years. It was obvious he took an interest in my struggle and success. He listens and educates. The telemedicine portal has been easy and convenient for me to stay on top my prescriptions. His staff has been easy to work with and kind. I’ve lost more than 30 lbs so far with another 77 to go.
