UF HEALTH FLORIDA RECOVERY CENTER REVIEWS

The staff of the Florida Recovery Center changed my life. The treatment team is comprised of top level experts in the field of addiction treatment, the therapist are engaged and caring. My time at FRC laid a solid foundation for sustained recovery and provided me with the necessary resources and tools to achieve this goal. I found the treatment to be challenging at times and encouraged my own growth. I can honestly state that at discharge I was a better, healthier version of myself and had achieved significant personal growth during my treatment. Like most of life you get out of any treatment or training what you put into it. I was resistive at first like many but learned to trust the process and engage the opportunity FRC presented me with. Today I can truly say that my time at FRC was some of the most profoundly impactful of my life and that the treatment team saved my life. They gave me the tools and keys to escape the hellation I had been living with.

The staff are highly trained, caring and professional, like all UF facilities. They work hard to provide a safe and nurturing environment to help people on their journeys through recovery. Staff are not afraid to share their own experiences. The physicians and staff are adept at addressing a persons spiritual needs on whatever level that may be. They provide useful educational lectures about the science behind addiction, recovery, personality traits, and they integrate the family into a patient’s care. They allow safe level of personal freedoms.

I did the intensive outpatient program at FRC and would highly highly recommend it! I don’t think I would be sober today if I hadn’t. It gave me a lot of great coping mechanisms and skills, as well as gave me connections and helped me feel less alone in my struggles. The therapist’s were great.

The Staff here are Absolutely Astonishing!!! They have all exceeded any expectations I've had, and they are all Genuinely Amazing people, if you need Help as I did, this is Definitely the 100% BEST CHOICE you can ever make to get your life back on track.!! Everyone here has and will go Above and Beyond to make sure you are comfortable, understood, and Fully taken Care of... Morris is my counselor and I couldn't have asked for Better Support from Him... this man deserves a pay Increase honestly, as does everyone else here... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE SUPPORT AND INFORMATION SINCE DAY ONE (1).. They are all very very very amazing people that Actually do CARE about their Patients!!! I've never met a more Professional and Informative Staff in my life!!! Thank you all for being there for me in my Greatest Time Of Need...

The only treatment location I'd ever suggest in Gainesville! (and in Daytona) The staff are friendly and welcoming and show that they actually care about you and not just your money and work with you to get the treatment you need.

I like this place way better than the last clinic I went to. The staff here are are very helpful and they have always treated me with respect. I recommend New Season over the other options. For sure.

Both the office and clinical staff are superb! Everyone has been helpful, there's no judgement, just treatment. Lisa and Betty in the office are the greatest! they are friendly and helpful. Lisa has gone out of her way to help me and sometimes she just listens to me. She has a wonderful heart and is a genuine person. All of my appointments are telehealth, the office has great availability. Paula NP is my Provider- she's friendly, thorough, she listens, never rushes me. She's also been helpful when I had problems filling my prescription. I'm extremely grateful for Betty, Lisa, Paula and all the staff here.

Dr Pinkert is absolutely the most understanding doctor I've ever had. He genuinely listens to you and doesn't just brush you off as another number,he actually wants to see you thrive and be the best version of yourself you can be.. if you're thinking about getting help one of Dr. Pinkert's offices is where you need to start... We Do Recover!! And it starts here.

Dr pinkert, Drianna,Bert and Mrs Stephanie Are amazing people, Everyone on staff are great but these are my favorite.
