THE IRON HORSE GRILL REVIEWS
Brianna took wonderful care of us!! I’m so glad that she recommended both the fried broccoli and the shrimp & grits because those were my favorite items. I recommend the fried broccoli, it was well seasoned and cooked perfectly (not mushy and not too firm either). The fiesta bowl was yummy and very filling, my favorite part was the guacamole on top. The shrimp and grits were delicious! The sauce was rich and very well seasoned and next time I come back, I’ll order them for myself.
Just had one of the best dinners here at the Iron Horse Grill. I had the Navajo Chicken with mushrooms and green beans. It was delicious. The mushrooms are to die for and the green beans could win a food contest. Music was lite and relaxing. Couldn’t have found a better place to enjoy dinner my first night in town visiting Jackson, MS. I think I will be coming back for Brunch this Sunday with Friends. You should definitely try the Iron Horse Grill!!
The atmosphere was very nice and so was the waitress. We were greeted upon entry and the food was amazing! It was definitely worth the visit!

THE MANSHIP WOOD FIRED KITCHEN REVIEWS
Wow! My husband and I both ordered the shrimp & grits. We took it to go and had to travel about 20 minutes with it, so by the time we were able to enjoy it, it was room temperature. BUT, even with that, it was delicious! The shrimp were so flavorful. A delicious smokey flavor with the grits having a nice smoked gouda that complimented the shrimp nicely. Make sure to use the lemon! Once I squeezed it all over my meal, it changed the flavor in a great way! The citrusy tang was a surprising delight! Such a unique combination of flavors that you don't see with this dish usually, but wow, great job to the chef! We got a side of beets as well, and they were delicious. Nice medium texture. Good and simple seasoning. If you like beets you will like the ones at this restaurant. Great meal overall.
I had the small wedge salad and creole pasta. The “small” wedge salad was really big and delicious. I couldn’t finish it. The pasta had just the right amount of spice. My husband’s beet salad was equally large and delicious. His salmon was crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. Service was spectacular.
Everything was great except the catfish and grits. The grits were dry, and the fish was under seasoned. The pizza was amazing.

WALKER'S DRIVE-IN REVIEWS
I've always heard incredible things about Walkers and had been wanting to try it for awhile, and I'm SO glad I did. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is even better! The fried lobster skewers were so tasty - I seriously wanted to order 5 more servings. Then, I had the wood grilled bone-in special. It was 22 oz, and I didn't think I would be able to eat it all, but it was so good I couldn't resist! I ate every piece of it, and still somehow had room for dessert. I tried their fried pie of the day which was some sort of mixed berry empanada with a vanilla glaze and sweet cream ice cream - SO SO GOOD! I'll definitely be back.
Very knowledgeable server. Love the special options. We had a scallops feature that blew my socks off. Dining at walkers is an "experience" that you don't get everywhere and I appreciate that it's available to everyone by offering reasonable prices. One of the best eateries in central MS.
Everything was good, quality food. The burger was cooked to flavor. The crab cake was $28 but it was quality crab so I can see where it’s fit. Only thing, it’s a smaller space & they filled it to the max. So, just be aware it is a little crowed.
