Thanksgiving was the first time I had ate from County Fisherman for our Family Dinner and we had it catered. The food was delicious my Family really enjoyed everything and plus the service was awesome. We got our food on time no problems or anything. Great Business I will most definitely be back.

This place was fantastic. They have a fantastic buffet here. The baked chicken was on point, and don't miss the dressing. It was absolute fire. The greens were amazing. This place rocks. Will definitely be back the next time I am in Jackson.

Best food ten ten been going every week and I'm hooked .They the best in Mississippi I'm from South Carolina this ny far beat one I've tasted in MS.

Fresh Cut was my 'big daddy' vendor: I used them for catering, florals, and rentals. They went above and beyond, and everything was perfect (and I am a type A person, so that is saying a lot)! I had such a specific vision for my wedding, and I was the definition of a bridezilla, always calling them and asking questions.. but they delivered!! The food was so delicious (they even carved out mini pumpkins and served the appetizer in them), the flowers were beautiful and fit my specific color scheme, they brought dry ice because I wanted smoky drinks, set up the champagne tower, tied ribbons around the menu like I wanted, and the staff was so great to work with and on top of everything. 1097665/10 would recommend them!!! Thank you Wendy for dealing with me!!

Oh my I cannot say enough good things about this company. Julia organically became my contact over the course of my wedding planning, and man she is absolutely amazing. My wedding had to be postponed due to COVID, and Fresh cut stuck with me all the way till the end, making my every wish come true. They truly are visionaries, and can basically read your mind of what you're envisioning for your dream wedding or event. I would recommend them 100 time over to anyone and everyone. They were truly a blessing.

Such a wonderful experience! Our florals were absolutely beautiful! Our guest have not stopped talking about how good the food was!! I think everyone’s favorite was the shrimp and grits. Thank you Fresh Cuts for making my wedding day so beautiful!!

Olivia's catered two work parties that I participated in recently, and bartended for us. Both events were fabulous. The food was wonderful and the bartender was a delight! Such a help in tending to the food and drinks. I will be calling them again! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was given a gift certificate from here when I lost my spouse. The food is excellent! Lots of choices. You can get dishes that are refrigerated or frozen. Also has some nice gift choices for the kitchen. It was a wonderful gift & will remember in the future when I need to give also!

Wow our family just had two turkey for Thanksgiving one smoked and one fried both were the best we’ve ever had moist and taste.
