'Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita' is basically built-in 1923 at that time this is a grand Mediterranean Revival style of the eatery. It was established by Architect, H. Hasting Mundy, created and this traditional plan with a two-story hipped rooftop, arcaded porch, stucco surfaces, and unique decks. Now, this fabric is listed on the National Register of Historic Points. Dolores has an elegant rooftop dining garden decorated with luxurious furniture, a pictorial view of the Miami horizon, and an indoor dining area with stylish white décor, lights, and gorgeous floral patterns. Whisk Gourmet Food & Catering's founder and the chefs were Brendan Connor and Kristin Connor. Its first brand was established in Coral Gables in 2006. The restaurant general manager is Leila Eck; she has completed a Bachelors's degree in Journalism and Social Communication in Brazil, and she has always been excited about cooking and travel. Their teams are making home-style meals and use high quality, seasonally regional, and organic products. Whisk's executive chef is Carlos Montenegro; he has balanced its catering company, and he involves passions for cookery. The restaurant indoor has two seatings; lunchtime for parties accommodates 6 to 10, and the dinner time for parties seated of 6 to 10 patrons. Just enjoy their wide selection of craft brews on Tuesday, and don't miss out Sunday Brunch starts from 9:30 am to 4 pm.
