“Etch is a creative, globally-inspired restaurant run by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The menu features unique dishes influenced by her favorite places around the world, designed to make a lasting impression on guests. You can choose from over 80 wines, local craft beers, and hand-made signature cocktails. The restaurant has a modern look and includes two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef’s bar where you can watch the chefs at work. The Intermezzo Room can fit up to 12 people. The Encore Room can hold up to 40 people sitting or 50 people standing. Desserts are made in-house by Pastry Chef Megan Williams, known for some of the best sweets in the city. The dessert menu changes with the seasons and includes house-made ice creams and beautifully presented treats that will keep you coming back. Gift cards are available for your loved ones.”

“The Stillery is a relaxed place where you can enjoy fresh, tasty food and special mason jar cocktails. They serve great brick-fired pizzas, juicy burgers, fresh salads, and delicious starters in a modern setting. Their signature drinks use the best Southern shines and whiskeys, and they have many local beers to choose from. The Stillery can fit groups of up to 80 people. They also have live music from local Nashville artists. Their Bacon Mushroom Bleu Sandwich is made with gorgonzola spread, bacon, mushrooms, arugula, and roasted garlic sauce. They offer happy hour food and have gluten-free options too. Brussels Sprout Pizza, Hot Chicken Mac and Cheese are highly recommended dishes. The Stillery also has another location on Broadway in Nashville. They accept AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa for payments.”

Coming for music and happiness. Encountering the free white sailing style. Interior design expresses minimalism with rich design elements. The sweetness of crab meat and the freshness of salad blend with the softness of bread. With one bite, it felt as if a tired person had instantly fallen into a comfortable sofa. Tuna provides ample room for both salty and light seasonings. Prawn cracker are crispy and powerful. It's hard for you to stop. Beef can be softer. Clams soup can be less rich. In short, if the air conditioning wasn't too cold, staying here that afternoon and admiring the riverside scenery outside the window, everything would have been beautiful.

Lovely lunch at the Hamptons Social. The server was personable and available. The restaurant is clean and the food was good. The restaurant is a bit loud. They also held our luggage for us while we ate. The restaurant has a split the bill QR code that was incredibly convenient for our group. They have a gluten free pizza option as well. Went to the rooftop after lunch and had fun relaxing on the couches with cocktails!

Had a great experience here. We leaned into the experience and got the shots in a guitar. It was super cute in there. We made reservations ahead of time.

ETCH REVIEWS

Don’t be fooled by the simple dish names— these plates are the exact opposite. Everything on the menu is so creative! The crispy potato was incredible, by far the best potato salad I’ve ever had. The pan-seared scallops was my favorite dish of the night, but the pavlova was not far behind. The blueberry elderflower sorbet was the best sorbet I’ve ever had, straight up. Kevin was an awesome waiter— excellent service and very personable. I recommend sitting at the chef’s bar, it’s so much fun to watch the kitchen at work. Next time I’m in Nashville, I will be back!

Foodies. I dined here alone while on a work trip. So welcoming and comfortable, I ordered From the Sea and the Pavlova for dessert. The food was perfection. The salmon was smoky with hints of sweet cranberry and orange. The Pavlova though -I was crazy about—light, with meringue perfection and the elderberry sorbet was just phenomenal. A must try if you are in town.

Simply a party in your mouth. An amazing mix of flavors. Service was off with slow water service, a missed salad course and somewhat slow service in general. But the menu is worth it. The Etch gin and house made tonic was like none ever tasted. We are still talking about the beet salad. The chef special was a fantastic blend of flavor. We shared all dishes between the two of us.

My family and I enjoyed a night out downtown Nashville. We visited The Stillery to enjoy some music and food. We went to the second floor and received great seats to participate with the musician. The service was great. The food was delicious. We had a wonderful time celebrating. The toast is perfection. The Mac and cheese is 10/10. The catfish is made fresh and pairs nicely with the crinkle cut fries. You will not be disappointed.

The food here was amazing. I cant say enough about the mac and cheese. The fries and hot chicken sandwich was the bomb too. Definitely has heat but they have a lesser hot option too. My wife's tenders were they lesser hot option. If you're in nashville give them a try. You won't regret it

Great vibe, excellent live music, good food and service exceeded expectations. Overall a great diner and evening. Highly recommend.
