PROPER BAGEL REVIEWS

I discovered this shop on YouTube. They have a wide variety of fillings and offer around 4 or 5 bagels. We ordered the egg and avocado bagel, as well as the salmon and onion bagel. The ingredients were fresh and abundant, leaving me feeling full and satisfied. The interior is decorated in black and white, creating a charming and clean atmosphere.

Genuinely one of my favorite restaurants in the entire world- I’m constantly craving a Proper Bagel! I’ve noticed literally every time I pop in the staff is so nice, the restaurant is sparkly clean, wait times and prices are reasonable, and the food is TO DIE FOR. Consistently a 10/10 experience and that is so rare nowadays. I love this small business with my entire heart and what I would give to have one in Knoxville.

Be ready to stand in line or order ahead of time. This place is busy and for good reasons. The bagels, cream cheese selections and sandwiches were all amazing.

I love Star Bagel, it really is one of the coziest, more accessible breakfast places around. They could probably work on a redesign of their ordering / waiting system, but I’m not going to hold it against them too much. They’ve got great coffee and an amazing variety of bagels. They don’t do anything gimmicky, just good options and fluffy bagels with other great options like juices and smoothies.

This place is DELICIOUS! I’ve been here twice in three days because it is THAT good! I’ve ordered the Green Eggs and Ham and the Sante Fe. Both were spectacular! The coffee is very good and the service is exceptional! This will be a new regular place for me.

11/10. Had a breakfast sandwich here yesterday that was out of this world. Probably the first time ever that the egg wasn’t dry but instead here it is soft scrambled and cooked to perfection. The challah bagel was light and fluffy - the bacon and cheese were on point. What more can you ask for! Come by and get some! We should all treasure this local spot! The people are lovely as well.

Our group had one Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel (bland-needed salt and pepper), and two of the Ham, Egg and Cheese Bagels-they were "decent" and we shared an amazing double chocolate muffin....moist and delicious. The staff were all super friendly especially the cashier. We went on Saturday morning Easter weekend. Not too busy. We took our food back to our hotel. It was a close walk. I like that they cut the bagels in half.

Great little NY Bagel shop in Nashville! Had a fabulous Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich on an Egg Bagel. No frills. Solid, fast service and great food.

The best bagels in town! Loved this BLT I got for lunch. Everything I’ve eaten from here is delicious and fresh. Great portions and fair prices too.
