The ladies at The Cupcake Collection are extremely wonderful and so so talented! I worked with them over email (while I was in TX!) to order a beautiful and DELICIOUS cake. They were so helpful and accommodating and made sure to give me the best possible recommendations to get the cake I wanted. Everybody was blown away by the appearance and taste of this cake. I am so impressed by the bakers and will not hesitate to come back for any of my cake/cupcake needs. These ladies have a wonderful and welcoming nature to them and it is so obvious they put love into everything they make. Thank you, Cupcake Collection! You guys are superstars!.

We visited this cute cupcake shop while on " Taste of Nashville sightseeing tour". We had the sweet potato cupcake as a sample. It was so delicious we visited the shop again the very next day and bought six to take home for ourselves. We felt the prices were very reasonable. We also bought a sampler pack with a few of the other flavors available. The Lemon Meringue and Snickersdoodle flavors are really delicious. This shop gives our local cupcake in Asheville a real run for their money.

The Cupcake Collection is an absolute gem! The cupcakes were incredibly delicious—moist, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. The service was just as wonderful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like family. A must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth!.

If you’re on the hunt for the perfect birthday cake, look no further. This spot absolutely nailed it. The cake we ordered was not only beautifully crafted, but genuinely delicious moist, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. You can tell they put real care into what they do. It made the celebration feel that much more special. I’m already eyeing the rest of their dessert menu for my next visit. This place is a gem, I’ll definitely be back!.

Tried a variety of baked goods and brought them home and they were all lovely with a cup of coffee! The standouts were the sausage and cheddar scone, cinnamon roll, and pop tarts, but everything was tasty. Can’t wait to try more!.

Thank you for having a vegan option. We greatly appreciate it. The peanut butter oat bars are delicious. Everything Baked in 8th looks amazing.

Placed an order from out of state for same-day delivery to my daughter in Nashville. Spoke with Alexa and she was so helpful and pleasant! She answered my questions and noted that delivery is less expensive when ordering online. I placed the order online and 3 hours later, the tower was delivered, about 6 miles away, for an $8 delivery fee. The driver had a bit of trouble finding the apartment building entrance, but called my daughter and it worked out. She says the cakes are delicious. When we visit in a couple of months for her birthday, we'll be ordering her bigger cake from this store. Thank you!.

Bundt Cakes are an easy treat to bring to Christmas! The cake is perfect and never dry. Cream cheese frosting keeps them from being too sweet. The three different sizes makes it easy to choose what’s right for your event. I do wish they would let you “create your own” mix when you order a dozen of their smallest size. That way you can get more of the flavors you know your people like most.

Great food and people. Came today and guy was super cool plus helped with the free cake for my birthday. Hope he doesn't think I came for a free one!.
