I do not have the words about how amazing Beyond Details is. My husband and I used them for our catering, bartending, and florals (3 vendors in one, how nice!) for our wedding. We have had so many of our guests comment about how amazing the food was and how it is the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Brandy was so helpful when I was initially inquiring and answered all my questions. I then worked with Kate Grove and this girl is phenomenal! Kate is so incredible to work with and it is so apparent how much she cares about what she does. She was onsite on our wedding day and our wedding would have not been as perfect as it was if it wasn't for Kate. She always answered my million questions and went above and beyond to make our wedding vision come to life from the food to the florals. She even added some extra touches for us. I truly could scream from the rooftops about how amazing Kate is and how incredible this company is. I would choose Beyond Details over and over again. I cannot recommend them enough.

As a planner I have attended many weddings, and wowza, Beyond Details totally knocked it out of the park! The food Oh my gosh, it was the best wedding food I’ve ever eaten—and I’ve been to a lot of weddings. Every bite was so freaking delicious, from the little appetizers (plt cups my fave) to the main dish and don’t even get me started on the desserts. I’m still dreaming about it! Everyone was talking about how amazing it all tasted. And the flowers Wow, they were gorgeous! The bouquets, the table setups, everything looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale. It was so pretty, and you could tell they put their heart into making it special for the couple. The whole vibe was just perfect. Plus, the people working were super nice and made everything run so smoothly. If you need a catering and flower company for your big day, these guys are legit the best—trust me.

G Catering provided food for our wedding and they did an outstanding job! We wanted to have food stations that represented different regions that were important to us and upon hearing this idea, they came up with a creative menu that captured our vision. It was obvious that they did their research! In addition, they were able to create a menu that fit all the dietary restrictions of our guest, which included having gluten free and vegetarian options.On the day of the event, I was blown away with how they had the food stations set up. They went above and beyond and brought in props to make the stations fit in with out theme. They were great to work with.

Guy Haskins and Chef Burke at Giandi's did an excellent job with our wedding! The food was delicious and the presentation was fabulous! They planned a creative and very personal menu. After a discussion with us around theme and a tasting - they took the rest from there, making the process effortless on our end. They were ggreat to work with. At the tasting before the wedding, they were very open to any feedback and changes and also had some props or examples for presentation set up. We ended up only changing one passed hors d'oeuvre and they chose a great alternative. Following a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, we chose to do a variety of small plates.

We used G Catering for our wedding earlier this month and they went above and beyond. We used them for passed apps during cocktail hour and then as extra hands to buss and fill waters during our reception because we had food trucks. They were very accommodating and willing to help with anything we needed. Communication beforehand was great. Would definitely recommend.
