I do not have the words about how amazing Beyond Details is. My husband and I used them for our catering, bartending, and florals (3 vendors in one, how nice!) for our wedding. We have had so many of our guests comment about how amazing the food was and how it is the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Brandy was so helpful when I was initially inquiring and answered all my questions. I then worked with Kate Grove and this girl is phenomenal! Kate is so incredible to work with and it is so apparent how much she cares about what she does. She was onsite on our wedding day and our wedding would have not been as perfect as it was if it wasn't for Kate. She always answered my million questions and went above and beyond to make our wedding vision come to life from the food to the florals. She even added some extra touches for us. I truly could scream from the rooftops about how amazing Kate is and how incredible this company is. I would choose Beyond Details over and over again. I cannot recommend them enough.

As a planner I have attended many weddings, and wowza, Beyond Details totally knocked it out of the park! The food? Oh my gosh, it was the best wedding food I’ve ever eaten—and I’ve been to a lot of weddings. Every bite was so freaking delicious, from the little appetizers (plt cups my fave) to the main dish and don’t even get me started on the desserts. I’m still dreaming about it! Everyone was talking about how amazing it all tasted. And the flowers? Wow, they were gorgeous! The bouquets, the table setups, everything looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale. It was so pretty, and you could tell they put their heart into making it special for the couple. The whole vibe was just perfect. Plus, the people working were super nice and made everything run so smoothly. If you need a catering and flower company for your big day, these guys are legit the best—trust me.

Brandy and the team at Beyond Details were absolutely phenomenal! They provided stunning florals and exceptional catering for the Snow Ball Gala, and every detail was pure perfection. The breathtaking floral arrangements brought elegance to the evening, and the delicious food had our guests raving. Brandy's professionalism and her team's attention to detail made the entire event flow seamlessly. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we created a truly memorable evening that raised significant funds for A21. Their passion and expertise truly made an impact, and I couldn’t have done it without them. CHEF PENELOPE'S CATERING REVIEWS

My husband and I hired Chef Penelope to cater our wedding in October 2024. She and her team are beyond fantastic. My guests are still talking about how yummy the food was and I am writing this 5 months after our wedding. Chef Penelope helped me to not be overwhelmed with all the options. She had great recommendations and spent time during our tasting and in a phone call to answer all my questions. I felt her pricing was better than other high end caters in the area and certainly was fair due to the high quality of her service. Hope I have another event someday to get to hire her again.

I worked a wedding with Penelope's Catering this past weekend (3/1/25) and it was amazing! Not only was the food fantastic, but the staff were SO on top of everything! From picking up trash, to refilling food stations, to cutting the cake, they were extremely prompt and totally efficient. It was a well-oiled machine of staff members that showed up and they left nothing but a good impression and a VERY nice gift basket for the bride and groom at the end of the night. It was such a pleasure working with them, and we cannot wait to partner again in the future. Would highly recommend for anyone's event.

Chef P catered our wedding this April and was amazing! Our tasting was fantastic and her delicious food is so reasonably priced. The highlights of the night were the cocktail hour dishes with very Nashville themed bites- like the chicken and waffle slider with maple bourbon glaze. The biggest hit was the late night snacks- chef P made our dreams come true with mini Chinese take out box’s complete with chop sticks. Everyone at the wedding thought it was so adorable and delicious. She also helped us out when we had to make some last minute adjustments. Highly recommend.

They catered our wedding and we could not recommend them more! The staff was so nice and professional and the food was incredible. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how good everything was! My now husband and I had a private dinner and they served us personally with our food and they couldn't have been more nice! They also helped us with our rentals (glasses, plates, linens, etc.) and were so helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. We also did a tasting before the wedding and they were so amenable to any changes or suggestions we had, and with us living in Dallas, TX they were so fast to respond to any emails we sent. We would easily book them again.

We used Dream for our wedding welcome party and everything was amazing. They were so accommodating to dietary needs as well as not needing a full serving staff. We had about 85 guests and everyone kept talking about how delicious the food was. We did the bbq slider trio, salad, couscous, Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts. It was all so delicious.

Dream was a “dream” to work with! They were so easy to work with, quick to respond and answer all my questions. The day of the event, the food was delicious and Lauren and her team went above and beyond in their service. Highly recommend.
