COLONIES AT HILLSIDE REVIEWS

We lived here for almost 3 years and it proved to be a lovely home for us. The location is great (lots of restaurants close by, a Walmart and Lowe's just down the road) and there are nice grounds to take walks in. The maintenance staff is great! They respond promptly to requests and are very friendly. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. There used to be some issues with people not picking up after their dogs but they've recently introduced fines and I have noticed that the grounds have been much cleaner since.

I’ve lived at Colonies at Hillside for a little over a year now and have had a great experience. The office staff are very knowledgeable and always very helpful. And I can’t say enough about how fabulous the maintenance staff are - they’ve always been super fast, responsive and friendly (even when working after hours). I highly recommend this apartment community.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay for 3 years in this community. They are very responsive to maintenance requests, the apartment has a luxury feel to it and well maintained with all their amenities in good condition. The units are spacious and well finished. I absolutely loved living here and sad I had to leave town.

I looked at many high-end locations in Amarillo and all were very nice and suited my needs. The deciding factor was the staff at Remington. Callie made the process easy and always followed up with prompt communication when I had any questions or needed more information.

I think you’d be pretty hard pressed to find a better place to rent in Amarillo! Location is awesome, super quiet, all of my neighbors were very friendly. The leasing office is a breath of fresh air. Rudy, Jennifer, and Callie are there for you and want you to be happy with your home! The maintenance team is amazing as well! Wayne and Ronan are stand-up gentleman and hard workers. This place has a true sense of community front to back. In my short experience renting, Remington is second to none!.

This community was very friendly, quiet, and nice to live at. The leasing office and maintenance were always great to work with. No complaints from me!.

WINCHESTER APARTMENTS REVIEWS

We've been very happy here. We moved in 9 months ago and everyone has been friendly. We've made a few friends and would like to get to know more. Every time we need something, they're quick to act. Trish, Ryan and Payton have always been great. I miss Wayne who has fixed anything that has broken or come apart which is expected anywhere you live. I hope he eventually comes back. He has always made sure things were done properly. Maybe after our lease is over, we'll consider a 3 bedroom apartment.

Welcome! The past 3 years living at the Winchester Apartments has been complaint free for me. I love living here and I do not have a reason to leave. Looking for another year of quiet nights. I get the best sleep here. The management let me sign another lease at the same price. In other words, they did not raise the rent this year!.

Great location, close to Medi park, medical district, and shopping. They have very nice amenities including a beautiful pool area with grills and tables, nice workout room and the property management is very friendly and always doing fun activities for the residents. It is fairly quiet and the maintenance team works quickly to resolve issues around the property. Great place to call home.
