If you travel to or through Armarillo, TX, it's a priority to stay here. All other hotel ceo's, please go stay here and take notes! This was an absolute gem! Beyond perfect for solo, couples, friends, and families. Breakfast was five stars. Customer service was top-notch. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and clean. The pool is amazing. The spacious jet jacuzzi provided a much needed whole body rejuvenation, and we were also able to get a nice workout in. And to top it off, it's budget friendly! We had to stay an additional night due to the snowstorm, and they were very accommodating and friendly and kept us up to date on the roads conditions and also provided numbers for us as we checked out. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I would give more stars if I could. This hotel is very clean inside and out. We booked for 2 days, came back to our room early and a crew was pressure washing the outside of the building and parking lot. This hotel being in Texas made sense to keep down mold and bugs. The parking lot was clean the day we arrived, now I know why. The front desk was customer friendly and standard continental breakfast.

We absolutely love this place! We stay here at least twice each year. Very clean, easy check in and out, nice pool and hot tub.

My wife and I were traveling from Utah to Texas. We picked this place because it was on our route back to Dallas, TX. I honestly have no complaints about this place. We arrived during the night. The lobby was bright and spacious. The host was inviting. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a comfortable night stay. This place also serves breakfast, which was fun. Dont expect quality breakfast, but I sure do appreciate that they offer breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value. Clean, freshly painted and neat older hotel. I don't need modern or excessive decor, just a clean, safe place to lay my head. Free breakfast is always a plus. Near the interstate but noise was not an issue. Linen was nice with big fluffy towels. The shower was hot with good water pressure. We will be back.

Great stay, the room is clean. The rest room clean with great essentials. Room and hallway smells clean and great. Offers breakfast and great staff. They check with their staff if room is clean and ready before giving us the key. They work fast and are hardworking. They have vending machines, accessible. Great place to stay.

Welcoming. Clean. Pet Friendly. Modern. Great guest/customer service from valet, front desk, and restaurant employees. Parking for Disabled was located on the side building. Breakfast was good. There was also a complimentary evening bar reception that provided 2 free drinks per guest of drinks, wine, draft beer, & light snacks. The other guests & employees were all friendly & enjoyed greeting our daughter & her little French Bulldogs Kok & Donut. We were not disappointed with this Embassy Suites & will definitely return for another visit during our vacation travels.

Wow everything about this hotel was outstanding! Rooms are large and updated, location is great and safe. Pool is nice but it’s a little colder than we liked but pool hours were great 6am-11pm! We didn’t get room service but the menu looked really good and affordable. Staff were very nice. Only room complaint is temperature control. When the air was on we were freezing and it wouldn’t shut off but if we shut it off we were burning up. A lot of back and forth from bed to thermostat all night. We will definitely stay here next time! Can’t wait to come back .

Great spot in nice area downtown. Clean, spacious rooms with privacy wall between bedroom and sleeping area. Kids loved the heated indoor pool and the included breakfast was phenomenal (made to order omelets, fresh fruit parfaits, pancakes, muffins, etc.).
