My wife and I were traveling from Utah to Texas. We picked this place because it was on our route back to Dallas, TX. I honestly have no complaints about this place. We arrived during the night. The lobby was bright and spacious. The host was inviting. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a comfortable night stay. This place also serves breakfast, which was fun. Dont expect quality breakfast, but I sure do appreciate that they offer breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value. Clean, freshly painted and neat older hotel. I don't need modern or excessive decor, just a clean, safe place to lay my head. Free breakfast is always a plus. Near the interstate but noise was not an issue. Linen was nice with big fluffy towels. The shower was hot with good water pressure. We will be back.

Great stay, the room is clean. The rest room clean with great essentials. Room and hallway smells clean and great. Offers breakfast and great staff. They check with their staff if room is clean and ready before giving us the key. They work fast and are hardworking. They have vending machines, accessible. Great place to stay.

HOLIDAY INN AMARILLO WEST MEDICAL CENTER REVIEWS

We stopped here while driving across the state. It has a beautiful lobby with a restaurant inside. We had a Uhual and there was plenty of parking on a Sat night. There are restaurants within walking distance and even Subway was a 1 mile walk away. The area felt safe and it’s right off the highway. The room was large and clean. My only complaint is the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner and we had planned to eat there. It was however open for breakfast. There are 2 elevators and a gorgeous seating area where you could sit and watch tv. Overall a great hotel.

Luis S. Saved my trip. My reservation was incorrect and he fixed it promptly with ease. Best Holiday Inn employee I have come across. I’m a IHG member and I’m telling you now, if you are using holiday inn without being a member. You are not getting the true hotel experience you are needing.

We didn't even get to stay here because it was sold out but Jackie called 4 other hotels to find us rooms and even negotiated a better rate because we are Hilton Honor members. I really appreciate her helpfulness and kindness.

If you travel to or through Armarillo, TX, it's a priority to stay here. All other hotel ceo's, please go stay here and take notes! This was an absolute gem! Beyond perfect for solo, couples, friends, and families. Breakfast was five stars. Customer service was top-notch. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and clean. The pool is amazing. The spacious jet jacuzzi provided a much needed whole body rejuvenation, and we were also able to get a nice workout in. And to top it off, it's budget friendly! We had to stay an additional night due to the snowstorm, and they were very accommodating and friendly and kept us up to date on the roads conditions and also provided numbers for us as we checked out. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I would give more stars if I could. This hotel is very clean inside and out. We booked for 2 days, came back to our room early and a crew was pressure washing the outside of the building and parking lot. This hotel being in Texas made sense to keep down mold and bugs. The parking lot was clean the day we arrived, now I know why. The front desk was customer friendly and standard continental breakfast.

We absolutely love this place! We stay here at least twice each year. Very clean, easy check in and out, nice pool and hot tub.
