I recently had the pleasure of working with Texas Body Shop for a fender bender. I highly recommend them. I had a great experience…excellent customer service, professional, honest and easy to work with. As an older single gal, new to the area I was anxious about picking a repair shop. I sought recommendations on Nextdoor.com. Texas Body Shop had the most positive comments along with being a preferred repair shop with my insurance State Farm. I can’t say enough good things about working with Chris Grabber my Estimator. He was very friendly, putting me at ease right away. Chris explained the estimate details, repair process and coordinated the rental car drop off/pick up at the repair shop. I had the shop complete some additional repairs at the same time. Chris worked with me on the estimate, kept me updated throughout all repairs. No hiccups, my car was ready on time as promised. The estimated cost for the extra repairs was spot on. I was very pleased with the work. The damaged area looked brand new. Plus the car was washed and detailed. Chris even reminded me to gas up the rental. Everyone at Texas Body Shop treated me with respect and honesty. Seriously I wish everything in life went this smoothly.

This was my second time using these guys and this time (unfortunately) was for my personal vehicle. Caleb took care of me through the whole process and then some! My dash cam was recording the whole time so I was able to see how my vehicle was treated while in their possession. They didn’t go bouncing it off the limiter, whether it was putting it around the shop or transporting a few blocks to get the windshield replaced. They didn’t have someone who didn’t know how to drive manual try to learn on my car lol, whoever drove took care of it and didn’t grind gears or burn my clutch. No clue if they knew the dash cam was running or not, but if they didn’t, even better! The paint looks great, repair was done well. And they even cleaned it up before giving it back to me! Hats off to Caleb and the guys at Texas Body, a company you can trust.

The moonroof on my Expedition shattered, and I took it to Gerber on a Wednesday. I spoke with Angelicia, who was incredibly helpful—she said she’d order the replacement glass right away and hoped it would arrive by Tuesday. To my surprise, I got a call that Friday saying the repair was already complete and the vehicle was ready for pickup! We had a family trip to the coast planned the following week, so having it fixed quickly was really important. Gerber allowed for immediate drop-off and completed the repair in just two days! On top of that, they washed and completely detailed my car—it looked better than when I dropped it off! I highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone looking for fast, professional, and hassle-free service.

Gerber did such an amazing job on my Jeep. I was so impressed with the quality and work they did. I was such a nervous wreck when my jeep got wrecked but from the moment I walked in the door at Gerber the staff was so kind and friendly. They let me know that my jeep was able to be fixed. Thank you so much you guys are awesome. My Jeep looks brand new.

I've had to take my vehicle in 2 times for repairs and both times everyone there has been patient, understanding with all my questions and the service people are top tier. They deserve the business they get and more!
