My kenworth started having transmission issues in Amarillo and within 10 mins of calling Justin showed and was very helpful and polite and professional. Got me hooked up and towed to a shop and took care of my trailer for me. The price is very was reasonable and the service was amazing I really appreciate the help and treating with respect and getting me out of the middle of the road.

My car was parked and hit by someone who couldn't control theirs while I was at work and APD towed it here. The front office was straightforward and professional when I called and the two times I came up (once to get pics and a second time to release the car to insurance). Staff in the garage was helpful when I was getting my belongings out of the car.

Derryl showed up fast for us in a bad situation broken down at a 4-way stop. He got the car loaded up and transported my family to the local dealership shop and made sure we were all taken care of. Thank you Derryl for the awesome job.

5 Stars - Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough good things about Señor Towing in Amarillo, TX. I was completely stuck on a muddy road in my truck, and after calling multiple towing companies—who all said they couldn’t get me out of that specific area—I finally found Señor Towing. To my surprise, the owner himself showed up in his personal 4x4 to help me out of the situation. That level of dedication and personal service is rare these days, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you ever need a towing service that actually shows up and goes above and beyond, this is the company to call. Thank you, Señor Towing, for saving the day!

Very professional. Cassandra was in contact with me the whole time. They had to go through the alley to get my car from my garage as my water pump and timing chain went out on my explorer. Driver was professional and there weren't any issues! I would highly recommend them!

Luis was super kind and helped out when nobody else would. He was more than fair with the price and showed up quickly. Easily the best towing company in the Amarillo area.

Thank you Ricky’s Towing. We were sitting ducks on 287 shoulder with a ruined tire. Spare was not good. AAA sent your firm to the rescue. Your employee Cody was our tow driver. He is a professional at getting his flatbed tow truck ready and pulling our vehicle on to it. We were amazed at his knowledge of all the steps to complete for this process and unloading as well. Inside of his truck was spotless. Cody is amazing along with everyone at Ricky’s Towing and AAA.

AAA sent Ricky's towing to St. Hyacinth's church after my father and I got a flat tire while pulling into the church parking lot. The kid they sent was incredible...
