I can’t say enough great things about 1660 Peachtree. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the stunning design, top-tier amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel at home. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed with modern appliances and nice views. The community amenities are great! We love the resort-style pool and 24/7 fitness center. The location is also perfect, with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment at Atlantic Station! If you’re looking for a luxury apartment community that offers both comfort and convenience, look no further! Highly recommend!.

I would 1st off like to give a tremendous thank you to Miss Veronica! secondly thank you to her team who works in close Association to make the Starting process to actually moving in a getting your keys as stressless as possible. Beautiful clean Unit, having a washer and dryer in your unit is a must an all units have them! Great parking as it’s first come first serve but there are 5-6 levels with a lot of open spots. Clean walk ways the staff is always available with a smile and a can do attitude. A few things needed to be fixed after move in a there where completed with in 24 hours. Much love 1660 Family! Thank you .

1660 Peachtree is an amazing place to live! The location is perfect—close to SCAD, Atlantic Station, and plenty of restaurants and shops. The management team is friendly and always willing to help, and customer service has been great. Maintenance is quick and reliable, which makes living here stress-free. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are well-maintained and add to the overall experience. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, making it feel like home. I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at 131 Ponce Apartments in Midtown Atlanta. From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Nick and Jason at the front office are incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. They make sure residents are happy and comfortable. A special shoutout to Brandon from the maintenance team he’s prompt, skilled, and always shows up with a positive attitude. Any time I’ve needed help, Brandon has been quick to respond and super efficient. You can tell he really takes pride in his work. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Midtown with everything just a short walk away. The building is well maintained, quiet, and secure it truly feels like home. If you’re looking for a place in Atlanta that combines convenience, comfort, and great people, 131 Ponce is it!.

Nicholas and Nesha have been nothing less than amazing. His professionalism and knowledge of the property is outstanding. Nicholas positive and outgoing attitude made my decision of wanting to lease here easy. This is by far the BEST decision I’ve made in regards to leasing after selling my home and finalizing my divorce. I’m looking forward to my new beginning here at 131 Ponce Apartments.

Just moved this week and I have to say nick and the rest of the leasing office team were very genuine and so helpful. Nick helped me through the whole process answering all questions and my concerns and whenever nick was not available the rest of the team picked up instantly and helped me. The move in was smooth and easy no issues. One of the best professional teams and genuine people I have ever came across. Plus the complex is nice and updated bonus.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Cortland. The management team, specifically LeeAnn & Brandon, is always friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The community is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities, like the fitness center and pool, are top-notch and make it easy to enjoy time at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Overall, this has been one of the best living experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!.

I’ve signed 2 - 15 month leases at this property and I have not regretted the experience. From Tobenna in the leasing office taking such great care of me from showing me apartments, signing me up & throughout the entirety of my living here, he’s been over accommodating; assisting me at every turn. The maintenance staff has also been top tier with Ashton A being super attentive whenever I experienced a hiccup that required his attention. When you have expedited, quality service like that, it makes renewing a no-brainer. Really appreciate these guys and the staff at Cortland Battery as they’ve made my living experience here an enjoyable, reassuring one.

I’m such a huge fan of this location! The property Is stunning. A huge shout out to the manager, Leeann and kudos to the service manager, Brandon! I can’t imagine things would be so pristine without their skill set.and day to day commitment.
