From the start I was supported in selecting cuts, bands, stones, etc. They communicated with me while the ring was being custom made to notify me of any updates to ensure that we were fully satisfied. Icebox always comes in clutch when in comes to my custom jewelry pieces. Once again they came through with the ultimate ice. Phil and Will worked seamless to create the pieces I wanted and helped my every step of the way. They put the Custom in Customer Service 5 Stars.

I needed help ordering a piece of jewelry for my husband and wasn’t having luck online. I contacted the store directly and Taurus was extremely helpful in not only helping me find the piece I was looking for, but making sure it would be the right size and fit. He helped me from start to finish. Highly recommend working with him for a quick and smooth purchase.

Icebox has been nothing short but amazing to me! The family owned business operates at pristine level. My shopping was made so fun thanks to Leah. It felt like she was my friend shopping with me here! Her customer service is fantastic and she is honest with her clients which I truly appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Worthmore with Kerrie! I had the chance to make my own engagement ring and I chose to go with gemstones instead of the traditional diamond which made for a lot more decisions and back and forth but Kerrie held my hand (literally!) and guided me the whole way. She had all the patience in the world and made the whole experience so enjoyable. You won’t regret creating your own piece at Worthmore.

We worked with Molli for my engagement ring last year. She listen to everything we wanted and made the process super easy and special for us. After the proposal, I noticed the ring came with a few imperfections in the hidden halo. Molli was amazing and took my ring back and worked with the team to fix it made it as beautiful as possible! Now I am 100% happy with my engagement ring, it is the most beautiful ever! I cannot recommend Worthmore Jewelers more! They are the best in the Atlanta area.

Worthmore Jewelers is the GOLD STANDARD for customer service at a fine jeweler. Glenn went above and beyond to help me design a memorable piece that ultimately met all of my preferences.
