Can’t say how much of a great place this is to live. Excellent service; they are very responsive. We had an issue here and there and the maintenance team got it fixed fast and were very informative. Five star all the way here.

I've been here about 4 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Clean community and friendly neighbors. Maintenance has always been timely and usually immediate while the office is always accommodating. Shout-out to Amy and Erin for the 4 years of consistently reliable communication. Nearby to everything you need as well so overall a great location to live.

I’ve lived in so many Phoenix area apartments and Heritage District is by far my favorite. The office staff genuinely cares about any issues or concerns you may have, maintenance is quick and efficient, and everyone, including most neighbors, has been friendly. The location also can’t be beat. I enjoy walking to downtown Gilbert and along the walking trails frequently. The buildings are a little on the older side, but if you can deal with that, everything else outweighs that in my opinion. I appreciate text and email updates for any issues, like pool or water maintenance. And I really enjoy the regular food truck Thursdays. I would highly recommend Heritage District to anyone.

I had the pleasure of touring this property, and it was by far the nicest experience we've had during our search. Erica, the Business Director, was incredible—she spent over an hour patiently answering all my questions, offering me water, and genuinely thanking me for stopping by. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The apartment itself was stunning, featuring a wide-open layout and a huge balcony that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The property and atmosphere truly stood out from all the others we visited. If you're looking for a new home, I'd highly recommend stopping by and meeting this amazing team!.

I recently visited Vistara at San Tan Apartments in Gilbert and had an amazing experience! Erica Deodutt greeted me warmly and gave me a detailed tour of the property. The clubhouse is stunning, and the pool area and workout center are absolutely top-notch. Erica was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. I was thoroughly impressed with the apartments and the reasonable move-in specials, especially compared to other properties in the area. Plus, the location is unbeatable—so close to San Tan Mall and surrounded by fantastic dining options. A big thank you to Erica for taking the time to answer all my questions and show me the different floor plans and options; her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Five stars all the way!.

Brian did a great job installing my new door stop! I enjoy submitting a maintenance request, looking up two days later and realizing the request is complete! Love my maintenance free life style! Thank you Brian for the efficient and fast service!.

I truly enjoyed living at Cambria. The manager is very sweet and helpful, the grounds are kept well maintained and maintenance was handled quickly.
