I had such a wonderful experience. I came in looking to upgrade my Diamond for our 10 year Anniversary. Mary was so welcoming and friendly and explained everything. She was able to give me the pricing difference of trading in my ring or offering prices with the holiday sales. She worked with me to customize my band the way I wanted, she let me try on so many rings to find something that I would want for forever. I really enjoyed the overall experience and in the end we came under the price we were expecting.

Wonderful experience! These ladies helped my wife with getting her new bracelet for our anniversary. Bonus they also cleaned her wedding rings. We will be back for sure when the holidays come around. The mix up was because of UPS and the result of ordering online. In the future, we will order in the store rather than using the online store.

Everyone is amazing and so helpful!! Tiffany and Les were so helpful in assisting me with my very first Rolex watch! She’s beyond gorgeous and I could not be happier!! Thank you for the fabulous customer service!! I’m a forever customer.

This is the second time I have used Barnes Fine Jewelers and, I have to say, I am just as impressed as the first time I used them. Their customer service is phenomenal, They helped answer any questions I had and even helped me pick out the design of a custom ring I made for my wife. The timeframe they gave me was precise. I would recommend anyone looking for window shopping or custom jewelry to go to Barnes Fine Jewelers.

Barnes was my mom’s jeweler. They were so kind to her. She passed in December and she had a diamond pendant that she loved and wore everyday. I took it into them and asked if they could make me a men’s ring. What they made for me was so amazing and special, it’s hard to describe. Now I have her with me everyday. Well done. These people are incredible.

This place is amazing!! From resizing my engagement ring to custom making my wedding band. I have nothing but positive things to say about this Jewelers and the amazing women that work there! Natalie helped me through the whole process of making my ring, she was so kind and helpful and I strongly recommend if you need any jewelry work done or are looking for a new piece to add to your collection you come here!!

Every employee at this store was extremely helpful, friendly, and respectful. Emma helped us purchase the exact ring I wanted. Andrea was super helpful in picking a design. The manager and assistant were so knowledgeable and friendly. This was definitely the best experience in a jewelry store I have ever had. No one was pushy. They were respectful and professional.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience. Danielle made it a quick and easy process. Customer service with everyone has always been great. My fiancée ordered my engagement ring and he said the process was quick and easy too! We went back a few months later and ordered our wedding bands and they were ready in 3 days! Thank you Danielle!

We came in looking for a particular ring in a certain metal and diamond cut. Not only did we find what we were wanting, Michelle provided some of the best service!!
