new mattress and bed spring to support her back and allow for much needed rest at night. I didn’t have much time. I spoke with Dennis at the warehouse. He made it so simple and fast. I’ve been a customer of Mattress Firm, for many years. Providing mattresses for myself, friends and family members. I’ve learned over the years that our health is dependent on those crucial hours at night. I will be a customer for life. Thank you.

Went in today just to test out some mattresses and wasn’t intending to make a purchase. Stephen was so friendly and not overbearing. He showed us a bunch of different options and explained all the deals. We left and came back within the hour to make a purchase unexpectedly. Would absolutely purchase from again if needed and highly recommend. Again, want to mention Stephen because he was so personable! The couple that was purchasing before us also had nothing but good words for Stephen as we walked in. Thank you for the pleasant experience and the new mattress.

We had an amazing experience with this location! George went above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had. He was very knowledgeable, great communication, and customer service. Will definitely be returning customers and will highly recommend him to any and all of our friends. Keep up the amazing work.

BROOKLYN BEDDING REVIEWS

We met with Keaton at the Gilbert, AZ store and he was great. Wasn't pushy, but very knowledgeable and was able to compare Brooklyn Beds with other popular brands out there. I like that this is a physical store where I could try out the bed beforehand to know what I was buying. I later went back to finalize the purchase and had wonderful service. Delivery went smoothly, also bought the pillows, sheets, and mattress protector and they all feel great. Have only slept in the bed one night, but it was wonderful. I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding and visiting Keaton.

Were we lucky to meet Daniel when we walked in the door! He was really knowledgeable about their products, wonderfully friendly, with absolutely no sales pressure. We found exactly what we wanted, and he arranged to ship us a queen and a twin after we returned home. Even after a shipping glitch from the factory, Daniel persisted on our behalf and worked everything out for our benefit. We love our new beds, and we're happy to have a great "mattress guy" to contact in the future.

We have bought a bed in the past from Brooklyn Bedding, and even had to swap it out for the right comfort level for us. (Within the trial period). We just made a purchase again from Brooklyn and Cody was very knowledgeable and helpful! The beds are high quality and very comfortable.

Great small talk and made a great price for us. My husband and I get to come home to a new bed, a mattress protector, new bed frame, and a great comfort exchange plan in case we change our minds. A huge headache we've been dreading to manage gone in just an hour. We couldn't have expected a better first time mattress retailer experience. I will highly recommend this Mattress Center USA location to my friends in the area- and it was worth the 40 minute drive from San Tan.Arizona guaranteed.
