This place deserves 100 stars!! Stay here no need to go anywhere else!!! After driving straight from San Diego on Wednesday 3/19/25 we needed a room as we were flying out of Gateway the following day. We went to the holiday inn as our normal go to, they said we couldn’t check in until 4pm even though they had available rooms, that would have been over three hour wait! We were exhausted and needed a room now not later. I checked other hotels and this one came up and had amazing reviews. We drove straight there and I couldn’t have been happier! They gave us a room right away, this place is beyond clean it’s perfect and coming from a clean freak that is a huge compliment! All of the staff is so friendly; everyone greeted us with a hello and a smile! And the free breakfast is the best we’ve ever had! I just can’t say enough how amazing this place is and we will definitely be back! Keep up the good work you all do.

Wow! Thanks for a great stay. The rooms are nice. The pool was nice (towels well stocked). Staff was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to anticipate our needs. I love that the lobby is welcoming with lots of comfy seating and living plants. The lobby bathrooms were very clean and well stocked, including a selection of female hygiene products. Lots of unexpected but thoughtful touches for a reasonably priced hotel. Thanks very much. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Wendy's smile and kind greeting was very welcoming when I arrived. She was very helpful and check in was quick. My room was extremely clean Jamie was super sweet very attentive he was engaging with guests that was a nice experience I well absolutely book here again.

HYATT PLACE PHOENIX/GILBERT REVIEWS

The front desk guy Matt was amazing. I came in and the person that the reservation was under didn’t have an ID on them so we tried to just change the name but it was not working. Long story short, but Matt went way out of his way to make things right, he was friendly and kind the whole time. I was seriously just so impressed. If all the front desk people are like this guy, I would never want to stay anywhere else.

We had an amazing stay. The service was top notch across the board.very Accommodating. The front desk changed our room on the drop of a dime. Thank you… The service at Breakfast was fantastic and the food was the best hotel food I’ve had in a long time.

Stayed here a few nights. Rooms are suites and large. The breakfast was actually amazing and the staff was super helpful! Great place.

Kody, the bartender in the Lobby was the sole reason we’d come back here again!! He was so accommodating, helpful, and super fun to talk to and be around! We went down for one drink, but because he was so great, we had several rounds! Our room felt dated, and not super cleaned, but because of Kody, this will be our go to spot forever in the future! We’ve stayed at multiple hotels on our trip, and he was by far the best employee of anyone we encountered at all of them! THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AMAZING KODY!!! We can’t wait to come back for another long weekend and see you again.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for three days, and the experience of staying there was beyond my imagination, especially Miss Jhoy at the front desk, who was very nice and friendly! With his hearty laughter, sweet smile and thoughtful service, I will never forget my life. When we mentioned their decoration, he took us to visit their decorated model house. He was a really good service staff. If I could give seven stars, I would definitely give seven stars.

When you’re not at home you find a place to stay that make you feel like home. This is very comfortable, yes it’s a Hilton , but it’s also why I stay there. It’s comfortable, the staff is friendly and accommodating, beds are so comfortable, I wake up refreshed and ready to go. Rooms are always well decorated very clean always. This was my choice again and it didn’t disappoint.
