I’ve been living at Garden Hill for the past few months and Andrew has been EXTREMELY helpful from day one! He responds instantly to any questions, issues or concerns I may have and has been genuinely polite to me. He has made my transition comfortable & I never feel hesitant to contact him. Doris (who showed me my apartment & helped with the process in getting my keys) has also stayed overtime to help me when I’m in need on more than one occasion. I have to give it to Garden Hill for their hard work & determination to make their tenants happy.

I am a new tenant in one of the Garden Hill Apartments. Right from the first call I made to inquire if there were vacant apartments, Doris the leasing manager took it upon herself to make sure I got an apartment that met my specifications despite the fact I couldn't be physically present for all inspections due to the nature of my job. She went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to hunt for apartments. The few times I went to the office, I notice she attends to whoever comes to her with no rush and makes sure she answers questions as best as she can in both English or Spanish. Thank you Doris for this beautiful space I can call my apartment and home, cheers!

I had a great time working with zanaisja she was a joy to work. I like that she explained everything to me and helped me with all my questions cause this my first time looking for an apartment. She is patient and will do everything she can to help you get approved. Go see her she’s great.

Living at Element 250 has been a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transit. Whether you’re commuting or just exploring the area, everything you need is within walking distance. The building itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The lobby and shared spaces always look great, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and safe. My apartment was bright and stylish, with updated appliances, a smart layout, and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The management team and maintenance has been friendly, professional, and responsive. Any questions or minor maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which really adds peace of mind. One of my favorite things about Element 250 is the sense of community—it’s quiet when you want it to be, but also social and engaging if you’re interested in meeting neighbors or attending events. Overall, I highly recommend Element 250 to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale living experience in a prime location. It truly feels like home. Also, I’d LOVE to thank Jack and Maraly for everything they did for us. I’m beyond grateful for their compassion and kindness.

Jailene Diaz was my property manager. She is polite and very professional. She was patient with me through the whole process of moving and I can be difficult. I'm very thankful for them. The place is beautiful. Very well kept. The staff is amazing and maintenance is on point! Thank you Element 250. It's been a pleasure.

I Really love the New Management, especially Jailene she is very friendly and resolves our issues very quickly and efficiently. The apartment has been well maintained and secured.

I've been going to this place for about 20 years now I have a ton of friends that live here I've gone to some amazing events Open Mic concerts and some really beautiful people this is an awesome building to live in this building helps you make your dreams come true.

ArtSpace Hartford is a lovely community of mostly artists. We have a volunteer-resident-run 3500-square foot gallery that supports art-related events all year. There is much to enjoy every month. It's the first place I've ever lived where I actually know my friendly neighbors.

Very spacious apartments. Great community of artists.
