I am a new customer to Roggi's Auto Service and I have to say from the moment I stepped in the door the word that came to mind was "professional." After my experience, that has not changed one bit. I am always fully kept informed of the progress on my vehicle. I am offered a loaner car (when available) and most importantly my car is fixed right and fixed the first time. You may find cheaper repair shops in the area but Roggi's proves the adage "you get what you pay for." I highly recommend this shop. They will treat you right.

I brought my car in for a suspension issue. Monro was very knowledgeable in telling me what was wrong with the car and what I needed to fix the issue. I went and bought the part. I called again to have the part replaced. They did a tremendous job in placing the new part. Monro was a 100% correct in what was wrong with the car and fixed the problem professionally .I will definitely and highly recommend Monro for car repair & services.

This Monro really helped me out in a pinch! I was visiting my in-laws for the weekend and found a puddle of brake fluid under my tire and my brakes weren’t working right. I got my car towed here and they diagnosed and repaired everything the same day - on a Saturday! Cannot thank Mike & Team enough! They have great reviews for a reason.

The customer service was great! They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was serviced properly.
