I had the pleasure of checking in with Gretchen at the front desk of the Marriott, and she truly made my stay memorable! She was incredibly kind, had such a warm and welcoming presence, and her sense of humor was top-tier—she kept me laughing with her funny jokes the entire time. On top of that, she had a beautiful smile that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to come across someone who can brighten your day so effortlessly. Thank you, Gretchen, for the amazing service.

Fantastic front desk staff. Fantastic location with self parking. We were on the 18th floor. Amazing views. We got room service dinner & breakfast everything was top notch. Even more amazing views of the city from the pool area. We also had some drinks at L Bar. Fantastic service from Maria I believe her name was. We will definitely return when in the area.

Loved it here! Got a great room on the 14th floor. Pool is on 22nd. There's a hot tub too. I ordered Room Service to pool. It was wonderful! Really enjoyed our stay Will definitely be back.

The room was absolutely clean the morning. Breakfast is outstanding and we pay attention to details in our business and I love. How They do with theirs if you were on the run they had little to go bags waiting for you with breakfast in it it was just wonderful lunch they have. Cookies out for you they have twenty 24/7 hotwater Coffee For you. The front desk is absolutely wonderful. We could not have asked for a better stay we were going to Hartford hospital. I was donating my kidney and my husband was staying at the hotel at night. And they were extremely aware of what my husband was going through and they were so accommodating to him so I cannot think them enough you will not. Be disappointed.

Great experience! Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. I really liked how they offer snacks and bottled water all day in the lobby. Staff were friendly, check in and out was super easy. The hotel was nice and quiet and right along a little river trail, perfect if you have a dog. I will definitely stay here again.

Alison and Hope were very friendly with us. We traveled to Connecticut to attend a wedding and someone in our party forgot to pack a tie. We asked Alison and Hope at the Front Desk if they had a spare tie in their employee room to let us borrow it for the evening. They actually went to the back and found a wonderful tie!! We are so grateful for their helpfulness and friendliness. Thank Alison and Hope.

BEST WESTERN HARTFORD HOTEL & SUITES REVIEWS

Stayed here for my wedding anniversary with my husband as a night away. I had an Edible Arrangement delivered prior to us checking in so it would be placed in the room for us as a surprise to my husband. The hotel staff went above and beyond to be sure the Edible Arrangement was re refrigerated after I had a delay in arriving for our original check in time. As to be sure the Arrangement didn't melt. The staff was super sweet and made the whole experience such a comfortable one. The gentleman working the night shift was also super helpful with providing us an extra pillow upon request on a very busy night. With a hotel full of highschool hockey teams. Will definitely book again.

Very nice clean affordable place to stay on your. Rooms are nice, equipped with microwave, iron, ironing board and a small coffee maker. In walking distance of liquor stores, Dollar trees and places to eat.

This property is EXCELLENT. I stay her frequently for business, and the staff is excellent, the facility is VERY clean and the breakfast is great! Five stars.
