DOUBLETREE BY HILTON HARTFORD DOWNTOWN REVIEWS

Convenient parking in an attached garage, clean and spacious rooms with working amenities, good proximity to downtown and multiple restaurants. By far what made my stay the most enjoyable was the warm and friendly service of Sandra at the front desk and Donna at the bar. Sandra was so kind and friendly enough to laugh a little with me while checking in and out, and she always greeted me with a smile whenever I saw her. Donna was willing to make me a special drink per my request and made sure to let me taste it before walking off so I knew I had something I was gonna enjoy. Both these ladies gave me great service with a warm disposition and I would come back just because of them.

I think we found our regular place in downtown Hartford. Good location that was easy to get to and convenient to what we wanted to visit. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a good place to stay.

Stayed one night to meet a friend since we made plans in the area. Room was clean and comfortable and staff checking us in and out were helpful. Sandra and Juan, who provided us with a map, helpful recommendations and cookies, were both exceptional at customer service.

I had the pleasure of checking in with Gretchen at the front desk of the Marriott, and she truly made my stay memorable! She was incredibly kind, had such a warm and welcoming presence, and her sense of humor was top-tier—she kept me laughing with her funny jokes the entire time. On top of that, she had a beautiful smile that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to come across someone who can brighten your day so effortlessly. Thank you, Gretchen, for the amazing service.

Fantastic front desk staff. Fantastic location with self parking. We were on the 18th floor. Amazing views. We got room service dinner & breakfast everything was top notch. Even more amazing views of the city from the pool area. We also had some drinks at L Bar. Fantastic service from Maria I believe her name was. We will definitely return when in the area.

Loved it here! Got a great room on the 14th floor. Pool is on 22nd. There's a hot tub too. I ordered Room Service to pool. It was wonderful! Really enjoyed our stay Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for my wedding anniversary with my husband as a night away. I had an Edible Arrangement delivered prior to us checking in so it would be placed in the room for us as a surprise to my husband. The hotel staff went above and beyond to be sure the Edible Arrangement was re refrigerated after I had a delay in arriving for our original check in time. As to be sure the Arrangement didn't melt. The staff was super sweet and made the whole experience such a comfortable one. The gentleman working the night shift was also super helpful with providing us an extra pillow upon request on a very busy night. With a hotel full of highschool hockey teams. Will definitely book again.

Very nice clean affordable place to stay on your. Rooms are nice, equipped with microwave, iron, ironing board and a small coffee maker. In walking distance of liquor stores, Dollar trees and places to eat.

This property is EXCELLENT. I stay her frequently for business, and the staff is excellent, the facility is VERY clean and the breakfast is great! Five stars.
