Based on my experience living in various luxury complexes, including in Florida and Washington, D.C., I can confidently say that this place is on a good level. The price-to-quality ratio here is excellent. For what you pay, you get a great complex with top-notch amenities— a nice pool, barbecue area, a well-equipped gym, plus entertainment options like ping pong, bowling, and much more. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the location is great. Big shoutout to the management team, especially Isaac and his crew—they're always friendly, helpful, and open to communication. To those who complain about this complex, I’d say one of two things: either they have no real comparison, or they’re just spoiled. The value for money here is truly outstanding! Highly recommend this place, and I wish everyone to appreciate and enjoy what they have!

I've been living at The Marke for the past 3 years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The amenities are top-notch—everything from the pool and gym to the shared spaces feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. One of the things I appreciate most is how the leasing office is always so friendly and genuinely cares about the residents. They’re constantly working to improve the property and keep everything running smoothly. Maintenance requests are handled super quickly, which makes a huge difference. Plus, they host monthly resident events that are such a fun way to meet neighbors and build community. Another big bonus is the location—The Marke is super close to major freeways, which makes getting anywhere really convenient. After three years here, I still love it. It feels like home, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

Friendly and amazing staff, my family and I love the quiet atmosphere this community offers. I’ve been living here for a year now and i cannot complain. The maintenance team is always available to assist and the office staff always have a friendly work ready demeanor. First apartment complex that truly made me feel at home and not like a burden. Walking through the community is also great, we enjoy seeing the ducks on the lake. We also love the resident events that are held in the community as it has allowed us to get to know our neighbors. Lastly, the food truck that comes to the community is also a plus! Their food is delicious.

My husband and I have had the best experience with Lake Dianne Apartments so far. Denia has been so helpful and sweet, she made us feel welcome and secure which is very uncommon with leasing offices nowadays. She has been very informative and Sam has been great as well! We appreciate the office staff here very much for making this transition so smooth.
