I have always seen ads or commercials of Sleep Number Beds for as long as I remember so I decided to finally invest in one. I went in to the South Coast-Bristol location not knowing what to expect. The salesperson that helped us out that evening was Alan. He approached us in a super kind manner and proceeded to walk us around the store showing us each bed. He took my existing back pain into consideration when showing us each bed as well. We had to wait on one bed for about 30 minutes because of other buyers hanging out on it but no time was wasted as Alan directed us to see our financing options. He was just the kind of salesperson we needed to make our experience a great one. Chris who is the store manager at the location was also extremely helpful in the following days as there was a small hiccup in our order. He and Aland quickly addressed the issue and offered solutions that best fit our needs. Please do yourself the favor and go in to the South Coast- Bristol location if you are thinking about buying a Sleep Number Bed.

Earlier today, I walked in to try out a few potential beds, since I will be purchasing a new bed in the near future. Let me tell you that Kevin was absolutely phenomenal, his knowledge and honesty, made my experience memorable. I highly recommend you ask for him, he'll answer all your questions and make great recommendations based on your needs and budget. I ended up purchasing a fantastic temperpudic cooling pillow. He is definitely a sleep master and part of the sandman legion. Wonderful customer service.

Suzanne did a great job of understanding our needs and recommending the right solution for us! She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I like dealing with the owner of a small business who takes immense pride in running her operations. Her delivery techs were on-time, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her prices are the best in town too.
