Manny went above and beyond in answering all of my questions on the phone and in person. Originally, I was going to order online and called a representative who could not answer any of my questions. However, Manny was knowledgeable and familiar with the furniture questions I had, made recommendations for my questions, and stayed within my budget. Although I was only purchasing a kid’s bed frame, he made me feel like I was his highest end buyer! I bought a mattress from Amazon, but he was so knowledgeable about the them and made good points that I had not considered, so I canceled my order and went to the store with my son. Manny was great in person as well, my son laid down on a few mattresses and understood my goal was for my son’s room. I have not purchased ANY furniture in 10 years, which was my son’s crib! But he explained the financing, which is incredible… and I will be back after setting up my son’s room for a special reason, and will be back before the Memorial Day sale is over to buy some pieces for my living room. It isn’t often that I will write a review, but Manny deserves this review. I’m blown away by his knowledge and service, and never felt like he was trying to upsell me. I’m excited to work with him again.

Amazing customer service! I really appreciate how patient and helpful Val was! Showed us all the options they had with no pressure at all and very knowledgeable on all financing options. The manager Raj appreciated our business so much that he threw in his discount and we were able to get a few pieces for our apartment. I 100% recommend you check out this Santa Ana location for your furniture needs.

Very happy with my experience. Sales staff was helpful, ordering was easy, quality was well made and delivery was a breeze. My delivery people Carlos and Robert helped me remove my old bed from upstairs AND assemble my bed. I own a small business and this company did everything right. You can order from the catalog with confidence.

I ordered the Boyington Recliner Sofa and Love Seat in gray and I love it. The store manager Ozzie was very helpful and attentive. The process was quick and easy. The delivery guys were great. I will ordered from Ornate again in the near future.

She was able to provide more information about the products that they have. There was a wide selection of products. With Jessica’s knowledge of each furniture piece, she was able to help me my husband pick out lovely couches for our home. 10/10 customer service!! We had a great experience buying a couch from Casa Linda Furniture. My family has been buying their furniture from here for years and we've always had a good experience. This time we were promptly greeted by Jessica as soon as we came in. She helped us find a set that would fit our space requirements and matched the color and style we wanted. She let us browse around and try several couches before we let her know our selection. She had the order in for us promptly and we got our couch delivered two days later! We are loving our new couches and we are happy that our shopping experience was efficient and friendly.

I love Casa linda furniture they have the best quality beautiful furniture i highly recommended this place and i love dressers furniture. Patricia was very nice, professional and helpful she help me with deciding which dressers i couldnt decide they have so many options pretty. I'm happy with my decision.
