3 Best Apartments For Rent in Santa Clara, CA

After 4 years with great memories my wife and I have now said goodbye to the 550 Moreland apartments. To me as a person who has lived the entirety of his life in apartment buildings all across the globe, this one stood out: With resort style architecture and situated in a great location walking distance to a plaza with Safeway, Wells Fargo, H&R block, dry cleaning and various restaurants , this place is a gem ! The staff here are friendly and professional , and all the maintenance requests are taken care of no more than a few hours after submitting the requests . These are luxury apartments that are very well maintained and clean , with no issues such as bugs, car break-ins, water temperature/pressure issues that are prevalent in other apartments. I highly recommend 550 Moreland to anyone wanting to have the luxury apartment experience in the Silicon Valley . I would have wholeheartedly stayed here had my budget matched the rent for a 2 bedroom that I needed with a newborn joining our family.

This place truly feels like home! The leasing office is always responsive and helpful — special thanks to Robin for all the support from our tour through move-in. The maintenance team is professional and reliable — Ardeine has been especially helpful and kind. The view from the top floor is amazing. We absolutely love living here!.

We are new to these apartments, and we cannot stop bragging about how great and luxurious these apartments are. Not only are the apartments and the amenities highly luxurious, the service team is top notch. We had submitted a request for washer issue and closet rod issue. The maintenance team, Ardeine came by within 24 hours of our request, checked the washer and then came back with his manager, Ricardo within hours and they both replaced it quickly with a brand new washing machine. An issue that would have taken about a week to replace another washer was actually taken care the same day. That tells something about this maintenance team. Ardeine also fixed our closet issue the same day. He went above and beyond and now our closet looks very neat. Ardeine is a genie of this apartment community. He deserves way more than 5 stars. Wish we could give more than 5 stars. So grateful!.

I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. The environment is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable place to live. The price is also quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the facilities and services provided. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. (Huge thanks to Molly!!!) They are professional, approachable, and make every effort to ensure residents feel welcome and supported. The maintenance team is also very efficient and responsive. Any requests or issues are addressed quickly and effectively, giving me great peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-managed place to live. I’m truly grateful for the positive experience I’ve had here!.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at The Carlyle, and a big part of that is thanks to the incredible assistant manager, Molly. She is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to help. Whether it’s a quick question or a more involved issue - Molly is consistently responsive, have always addressed all my concerns, and her dedication to providing great service shows she genuinely cares about the residents/community and we’re not just a number here at the complex. The Carlyle is a great place to call home - quiet, great amenities, great neighborhood, and prompt staff.

The Carlyle team, including maintenance and the office staff, are all very responsive and kind. The complex is kept clean and is located by a beautiful nature space. We love staying here.
