My husband and I recently moved to the Bay Area and Went to purchase a living room set, and dinning set from Ramos Furniture and our experience was exceptional. The sales rep was Adriana she was patient , very knowledgeable of the products. She was very attentive which we really appreciated. Being new to this area it was nice to find somebody that answered all our questions and assisted the way she did. The living spaces in this area are quite different from where we came from so finding the right items was a plus. We really recommend her. The delivery itself was very pleasant and prompt as well. I love this place good quality furniture and I have furnished most of my home with the beautiful pieces I found here. Queen bedroom set. Mattress separately. Twin bedroom set. Mattress separately. Beautiful china cabinet and round table. Two tv stands with heater. Love them really warm up the house. Buying another kitchen small table and of course my big beautiful couch that turns into a bed. Queen size ottoman for my bedroom. When I get more space will buy more.

Adriana was very helpful and patient super friendly the location is very convenient. I recommend everyone to buy furniture at this store. Prices are affordable and you feel right at home. They gave us waters and the approval process was very fast.

Fantastic! My husband's family has been getting their furniture here for years. The gentleman at the store provides outstanding service. We knew our desired dimensions and colors for a sectional. When we didn't see what we were looking for he helped us special order exactly what we wanted for an unbeatable price. When we got home we discovered our measurements were incorrect! We quickly called the store. He switched out one of the sections with no charge for our mistake. Delivery is SO worth it. The guys came within the stated time frame and got it all set up. They were also very nice to my son, who watched them build our beautiful new sectional. Overall good service, experience, and price.

Moving my son to CA for his job and we were in a pickle finding furniture for his apartment. We were really lucky to run across this store, Hai was super polite and helped us find a sofa sleeper and bedroom dresser - they even delivered it on a holiday! Great job.
