I am a happy client of American Vision Windows company. I have received and finished the installation of my windows last month. I really love my new windows and enjoying them so much! The overall process was very smooth with this company and reasonable for the price. I would like to say thanks to American Vision Windows company- to the customer service - Tony, Mario and Lisa. These people worked with an attention and patience to my requests and specific of my order. They have been very responsible and professional with measurements and production process and I really appreciated it. Also, I would like to say thanks to the installation team with head guys Mark and Luis T. The whole team worked so awesome! The installers were very accurate and highly organized with all process of the windows replacement. I could see how professionally they used their tools and equipment and how accurate and nicely they installed a new windows and parts for it. When the installation was done they cleaned up everything and left the job side as a spotless place! Thank you so much! I can highly recommend this company to the other clients.

Had them replaced all my windows (new construction) and was happy with the results. Our salesperson, Antonio, was patient and responsive. They do not overpromise and everything was right on schedule. Every one that we talked to were courteous and nice. They truly respect their client's time and property by arriving on-time, wearing booties and covering your floor when doing the job. They sent a big team of installers to the house and finished their work in 3 days. After completing the job, they left the house clean. Appreciate everyone helped in my windows project. Will definitely recommend AVW to my neighbors. Thanks again.

We had an amazing experience, our salesman Douglas Brown was very friendly, knowledgeable and sold us on the windows. He gave us an accurate timing for the turnaround on windows and payment options. Fast forward, the installation was just as amazing. Our installers were Robert G. & Jose Sanchez, they arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very polite, fast and efficient. I’m very pleased with their prepping, cleaning and communicating and the 6 windows they installed look amazing.
