Ben was great! I had him install a smart keypad deadbolt lock on my front door. He had to drill a hole on top of my existing mortise lock and disable it at the same time so that the new deadbolt would be the only functional lock. Everything went very smoothly and he knows his stuff! I would highly recommend Ben for any locksmith needs you may have. I will definitely reach out to Ben for any future needs.

Guy who work there was very kind and explained very well. I went there to copy of couple of keys that my son lost keys. One of keys could not copy. He explained I need to get allowed letter to copy key from HOA. It made solve the problem.

Excellent customer service, they get it. Had a problem with our front door latch, took it in to them as we'd heard they were good. They took a look at it, cleaned it up, verified it was a bit worn and that was the likely problem. Not really anything they can do to fix it, which is completely reasonable. They suggested contacting customer support for the latch as that company has generally been good with customer service, and didn't charge anything for their time.

What a great place to go. Has a very family feel to it and the man that always helps me is super fast at making keys. That place is the best.

The guy gave me plenty of notice when he would be arriving and arrived when he said he would. He had the new key cut, programmed and tested within about 20 mins. I can't fault the service u received. Nickolas locksmith best service.
