First time using this company. I really liked the experience of being their customer. I called the number provided and right away Ben answered. It's nice to talk to the direct company owner rather then to have your number distributed. Communication was great and so was his punctuality. Pricing was very very reasonable! To say I saved his number on my phone in case of any inconveniences in the future. Would recommend.

I have used Ben a couple of times already, once to create a new lock to my door, once to fix a different broken lock (which kept my wife stuck out of the house). Both times Ben was fast to arrive and extremely professional! He is very straight forward and honest about his work and his pricing, he isn't trying to upcharge you on things you don't need. I'm going to keep using Ben for all my future locksmith needs and I highly recommend him.

I am really impressed with Ben. One of my front door locks was stuck in the locked position. He discovered the problem in about 1 minute. His price was very reasonable. He also rekeyed one of my other doors. He did the whole job in about 15 minutes. He works quickly, is very skilled and has a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend his services.

Super fast at getting to us, did a great job with the keys fobs and got them done quickly. To top it off it was affordable. Would recommend and would do business again.

Awesome customer service, speed, and price. He came quickly and had the best quote out of several. He was super friendly and professional. He worked until he got the job done, and even hooked me up with a spare. The new keys are even better than my old one. Would very highly recommend.

He came fast and did my new car key just in 15 min! He is a pro! If I have another emergency again I will definitely call Magic Key.
