I was one of the first residents here and spent a year. The staff makes a lot of efforts to keep the place tidy. When something gets broken, I could just request a service online and they moved very quickly. The repair guy is the best and always had a great smile. We had a couple of loud neighbors, and couldn't do much about it (management helped us make them quiet, but it didn't last long, and I had little left in my lease, so I let them be...), but other than that I didn't have many complaints

Peaceful location -- perfect weather for South Bay area -- always cooler than rest of Torrance in Summer due to location. Beautiful park behind complex. Nice patio space and interior apartment space. They lived here for about four years. Overall we had a good experience. Lorena, the manager, is very nice and tended to any concerns promptly. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Everything is walking distance; there's an elementary school across the street, a preschool a few blocks away and stores such as Rite Aid, Marukai, Daiso, and Walmart that are walking distance from here. The surrounding areas of the apartment building are also well maintained.
