I have been in the community for a few months now and it has been a pleasant experience. Yes it may be an older property but it is maintained very well. I have never had issues with packages being delivered and I do like you can create gate passes for deliveries. The amenities are absolutely wonderful for this price point. I have never seen any community with all the amenities here for less than double the price point here. I had a minor maintenance issue and it was fixed in less than an hour. The maintenance staff and office staff have been very friendly and welcoming. The laundry room is spacious with plenty of washers and dryers, I’ve never had an issue getting my clothes done. I appreciate the office hosts community events to encourage residents to get to know each other. I am extremely happy choosing this community and really love my new place.

Excellent maintenance service by William Gonzalez! My daughter’s unit kitchen sink backed up, the pipe clogged at a common junction with the kitchen in an upstairs unit. Water was raising without we even using our kitchen. I called the leasing office and William came to the rescue right the way. The stoppage was cleared quickly. Really appreciate the prompt service! We really love Milano’s management and maintenance teams.

We just moved in and so far, it's been great. The facility is lovely, clean and generally well kept-up. Especially of note is Emmena in the office. She is so sweet and helpful and very responsive to anything we needed. Very glad we made this choice!

My family and I loved our stay here at Palermo Apartments, we’ve been here for 2 years. The staff is friendly and caring. Apartment building is clean and safe and whenever we have an issue with anything they are on top of it. The location is ideal close to shopping center, grocery stores and beach area. The building also have recreational area with swimming pool, jacuzzi and bbq pits which is gated and safe for kids.

I have been here for almost 6 months and I really enjoy living here. A few months ago they painted the hallways and looks very clean and bright. The staff is very kind and always there to help, especially Dana. The apartment interiors are distributed to make them comfortable; everything is near: Ralph’s, TJ-max, etc. and just a few minutes from Del Amo Mall. The pool & jacuzzi are always super clean! I absolutely love this place and I recommend it.

The management is kind and quick to help when there are any issues! My apartment was renovated shortly before I moved in which was really nice!
