I have lived here about three years and honestly management has been pretty amazing. I moved to a larger unit after a Year. This is coming from a property manager. I do this myself for a job. Molly has always been awesome. And everyone in Maintenance Brenton and Orlando and Jorge have been great. There’s also a very sweet lady that cleans the building in the morning, which I don’t know Her name but they’re maintenance Here is great. Always have clean barbecues. Keara annd Natalia also been very helpful over the years that I’ve been here. Definitely a lot of positive living here. I have been really happy with just about everything. We’re moving to get a yard for our animals, but this place is pet friendly. Our stay here has been amazing. I will miss living here. Molly has set the tone for a great building. Give them all a raise!.

While we haven't been approved for a unit just yet our tour of the place left a great impression. The apartment complex felt clean, safe, and well-maintained. The cherry on top was KeAra's friendly nature throughout the tour. We appreciated how informative she has been during the process as well. The experience as a whole solidified for both my partner and I how much we'd love to live here.

Keara provided such a great tour and had the best energy! Although we didn’t pick the property, due to Keara’s professionalism and caring we have reffered the property to all of our friends in the market. Great experience! Totally would recommend checking the property out.

We have had such a great experience living here. The management is SO kind, very welcoming and helpful with everything/anything you need. Maintenance is always on top of things, the building is always very clean and super quite. I highly recommend this apartment complex, it is also in a great location and very reasonable pricing for Southern California!!.

When I moved in to my apartment, I found a few things that needed to be fixed. The management responded within a 2 days with a service man who fixed everything. I was pleasantly surprised.

I moved in about 10 days after seeing the apartment. Jacob was very helpful and accommodating. All of my questions and requests have been addressed. So far enjoying my experience here.

PALERMO APARTMENTS REVIEWS

My family and I loved our stay here at Palermo Apartments, we’ve been here for 2 years. The staff is friendly and caring. Apartment building is clean and safe and whenever we have an issue with anything they are on top of it. The location is ideal close to shopping center, grocery stores and beach area. The building also have recreational area with swimming pool, jacuzzi and bbq pits which is gated and safe for kids.

I have been here for almost 6 months and I really enjoy living here. A few months ago they painted the hallways and looks very clean and bright. The staff is very kind and always there to help, especially Dana. The apartment interiors are distributed to make them comfortable; everything is near: Ralph’s, TJ-max, etc. and just a few minutes from Del Amo Mall. The pool & jacuzzi are always super clean! I absolutely love this place and I recommend it.

The management is kind and quick to help when there are any issues! My apartment was renovated shortly before I moved in which was really nice!.
