I'm giving this five stars to recognize the amazing receptionist, Miranda, who was extremely supportive and helpful in locating my friend's car after a traffic accident. In addition to that, she displayed remarkable patience without any complaints when receiving several calls from me and other friends of the individuals involved in the accident, including Amy. Without Miranda's assistance, we couldn't have found the car easily. Her dedication and professionalism were truly outstanding.

This towing business is amazing. Their drivers know exactly what they are doing even while operating the multi million dollar tow trucks. This business was established around 78 years ago in the same location. Now that's impressive. They also have two smoking hot, and intelligent lady's working the front desk. That way when you go to pick up your car and have to pay the storage fees at least the person taking your money isn't some 6'6" guy named Bubba . Highly recommend this company for all your towing needs. Tony Trutanich jr.

Super nice people working there helped me as much as they could to locate several vehicles for a sick friend who needed to find them and bail them out of storage for him. Even the tow truck driver pitched in to help with the details of how those tows were carried out. Grateful for all their assistance!

I had an excellent experience with Bassam Auto Towing after a tire blowout on the 405 South. Traffic was fast and I needed a flatbed tow truck, so I called AAA, and they sent Bassam Auto Towing. The service was nothing short of outstanding. Ramiro, the tow truck driver, demonstrated incredible professionalism and expertise. He handled the situation flawlessly, securing my car with precision and care. It was clear he’s highly skilled and takes pride in his work. Bassam Auto Towing turned what could have been a difficult situation into a seamless and efficient experience. If you ever need towing services, this is the company to call—especially if Ramiro is on the job!

Really happy with my prompt and communicative service from these guys. They went out of their way to help with a flat tire, plus very courteous and good sense of humor. Great people skills. Helped me get my flat tired car to Costco and did a clutch parking job backing the car perfectly into the designated spot. Very impressive and such professional service. So happy to use them again.

Great service. Driver Reyes arrived quickly and towed my son's car home from work. Plastic undercarriage had come loose. Reyes even went above and beyond to zip tie it back to frame of car after he dropped it off at our house. Excellent service and greatly appreciated.

Somehow I ended up with a nail in the tire of the rental car I was driving. I tried calling the roadside assistance associated with the rental car company after waiting on hold for two hours I decided to use my personal AAA roadside assistance service. The driver was dispatched and arrived sooner than expected, he changed the tire and determined there was a nail in the tire he gave me a few recommendations on where to get it plugged and I was on my way, from request to service it was less than 30 minutes! I’m extremely happy with the exceptional service! 100 stars service! Thanks again I appreciate it so very much.

Excellent service; I called them for assistance after leaving my keys in my truck. They were there in twenty minutes. Captain Max was a really friendly man who kept in constant contact with me. In less than two minutes, Max came and opened my truck, ensuring it started before he left.

So happy with this company. The driver showed up quickly and was extremely helpful. I will definitely call them again if I ever Need a tow again for my car. Thank you so much amazing service!!
