My son and I had a great time at this hotel while his dad went to school down the road. We swam in the pool/jacuzzi, used the gym, and ate breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel! The service from the man at the bar was 10/10! Everyone was just so nice! Can’t wait to be back again next month.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here. It was fantastic, Sandra the event manager was absolutely amazing. The staff made certain that everyone attending was happy and attended to. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would recommend having any function here.

Great and friendly staff. Room was nice and had lots of space for me and my family of 6. Those chocolate chip walnut cookies are fantastic.

The Holiday Inn was a very nice hotel that accommodated our needs for the venue we attended the following day. Rooms were nice for what they were needed for. The staff was great and more than friendly. The front desk lady Ms Gutierrez was extremely friendly helpful and personable. Their breakfast brunch was very small and basic. If ever again needed I will definitely pick this hotel again.

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Los Angeles Airport LAX, thanks to the outstanding customer service! A special shoutout to Maritza, who went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Her friendly personality and dedication to great service truly made a difference in my experience. She was attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and I truly appreciate her efforts. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Maritza, for making my stay so enjoyable.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Torrance for my honeymoon and had a magical experience. The room was super clean and comfy. One of the best parts was the free breakfast—such a nice surprise and really convenient. The vibe was chill, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area! Everyone is so nice and their complimentary coffee was delicious.

I had a perfect pool day—relaxing, clean, and just what I needed. The front desk agent was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They made sure all my needs were met and made me feel genuinely cared for. It’s the thoughtful touches like this that make a visit truly memorable.

Staff was wonderful and made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was nice but the bed was a bit more firm than I prefer. The loyalty coordinator went out of his way to ensure I had a restful night sleep by providing an extra touch to improve the comfort of the bed. That made all the difference.
