Not only is she kind but has a virtue quality most representative lack nowadays and that is patience. I love that she cared and was informative and overall helpful. She was with me for several hours and not once did get lose patience with me when I was indecisive. Thank you Isaura! I appreciate you very much, she's the sales associate to go to.

Had an amazing experience shopping here. I would like to commend gray for assisting us. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. Excellent customer service! kris helped me get my watch strap adjusted to the right size. Both gray and kris are polite and professional.

Great experience at Zales - Del Amo Mall, Torrance. Reese was amazing! I went in looking for earrings for my daughter and she immediately knew exactly what I was describing and helped me pick the perfect pair. She was also super patient helping me reopen my credit account, and on top of that she cleaned my engagement ring while I waited. It came back sparkling like new.

Vanessa is very kind and knowledgeable and really works with your preferences and budget. If you want to get the piece of jewelry that you’re going to love, definitely ask for Vanessa.

We bought an engagement ring at Robbins Brothers and the service + professionalism has always been top notch. On the most recent visit, one of the managers (Melody) was very friendly and helpful with getting the ring inspected and cleaned. Clean and conveniently placed location near the mall as well. Highly recommended for any fine jewelry needs.

I recently moved to the South Bay area and needed to find a new jeweler. I came across Modern Jewelers and from the moment I stepped into the store I was warmly welcomed by Sam and his employees. Not only do they have a great selection of rings, earrings, necklaces and more (which are SO fun to try on!) but they were also very helpful in making suggestions to refresh and fix some of my older pieces. Sam is a very talented and creative jeweler and makes a lot of custom pieces - so you can get just about anything made here! When I returned to pick up my pieces he had his camera with him, so I got to be in a few fun snaps. Highly recommend Modern Jewelers and would give 10 stars if I could.
