Beachfronter Townhome Apartments

I have lived here for several years... love it so much, my mother moved into a unit here recently! For starters, the grounds and location are ideal. The inner courtyard is like being in a park (with the sounds and sights) of the ocean. So serene and so well maintained. (They are frequently upgrading and improving the property, including refurbishing our fountains). Shari, the manager, is not just incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and responsible, but she is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. And Adrian (who handles much of the maintenance) is always working and always smiling - a super helpful man! We had a building taco party (catered by building) a few nights ago... Shari has improved an already beautiful property into a community of happy people, living at the beach, not worrying about maintenance - because everything gets handled and promptly, and simply enjoying a great life!

We are so happy that we found a place here at The Beachfronter! Beautiful grounds, beautiful views, amazing location and great management! Shari is super friendly, helpful and is always available for any questions and quick to respond! Shout out to Adrian as well as he is always so helpful! We couldn't be happier!!

Great place to live! Manager Shari is friendly and personable! Any issues with maintenance have been addressed immediately! We have a pool, barbecue for use of residence and reck room with a pool table. The landscaping is maintained in an all gated secure complex sitting right on the ocean. It feels like paradise.
