I was on the search for a one bedroom apartment and I found the perfect place! The Capes has everything I wanted and more. It is very clean, well taken care of, in a great location, and the communication with the office staff was truly amazing. Kirsten was the person who helped me and looked after me while I was making decisions as to which apartment would be best and which location of the building was better suited for me. She showed me around many different units until We landed on the perfect spot. Her dedication to the Capes and her customers really sets the Capes apart from the rest. I hope to be a renter for a long time, it is truly a fabulous place to live !.

I’ve lived here since September and I love it. I will admit that there are some issues when it comes to maintenance, however that is apartment living for you. All of my neighbors are very friendly and we have gotten close to the point where they even offer to walk my dog when I’m at work all day! The best part is the office staff and their helpfully employees. Kirsten is my favorite! She is the one who got my boyfriend and I all situated into our apartment. She got all the lease and pet documents ready and had us moved in within a week. She has been extremely helpful with all of our issues and even is so kind when I see her around the property. She truly is a hard worker! The apartment is big dog friendly (under specific circumstances) which was a huge plus for us. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a great environment to live in!.

Graet place overall experience has been great. There are some parking issues (not enough "free" parking) but I knew this when I moved in so I don't really have much of a complaint about it. The staff has been fabulous. They've all been so nice and helpful. And since we're on the backside of the community, it is relatively quiet. The floor plan is excellent and we love the amenities. It is a little bit pricey, but again, I knew this going in and made the choice to pay for it. I wasn't able to fin.

I swear maintenance is who keeps me here. Douglas and Randy are so respectful and actually get the job done. They never hesitate to answer questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. Always so polite and welcoming whether they are doing a job or just see you in the complex. If I could give 10 stars I would! Great guys!!!.

Site agent Robert is fabulous. He showed us many floor plans that can work. The complex is very clean and beautifully landscaped. The apartments have all the amenities needed and even offer garage options!.
