Happy holidays to all! I recently moved into Capes. I stayed here last year and the year before that. WOW. The place has improved a lot. I noticed it is much more clean inside and outside. The staff in the office is very responsive and friendly. The maintenance is fast to come and very professional. Especially Rafael ( I hope I spelled it right) Thank you so much. P. M. - The gym is fantastic as well.
Recently moved back in and the process has been much smoother. I worked closely with Emma. She is honest, responsive and committed to making your stay here as comfortable as possible. The maintenance crew does a very good job, and are also responsive. Overall good, fairly quite, and safe community.
The Capes at Ventura staff always does excellent work! I got my new washer and dryer in record time! The whole maintenance staff is very respectful. I have a great time when u speak with Nichole, Joanna and Miles! They have great personalities.
