VENTURA TOWNEHOUSE REVIEWS

My mother reluctantly moved to Ventura Townehouse 2.5 years ago, (at 94), and it has been a wonderful place for her. I agree with the reviewer who says it’s a cross between a fancy hotel and a cruise ship. The facility and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are endless, varied activities for those who want to join. The staff goes above and beyond to make each resident feel cared for and special. They know everyone’s name and even their likes and dislikes. I live on the east coast, but each time I visit I am so impressed with the family-like atmosphere and the care provided. Despite her initial hesitation to move into assisted living, my mother is now living her best life at what she calls the “Pamper Palace”.

My husband and I are so happy here. The residents are supportive, caring and welcoming and the staff is very helpful and kindhearted. They keep us busy with many different activities for everyone: painting, bridge, entertainment, movies and you don’t want to miss the social get-togethers on Fridays. Great place to live!

My mom is in Memory Care and I can’t say enough about the excellent care she is getting. James the director and his staff are fabulous! They have many activities and outing for the residents. Exercise class, cooking, going out to lunch and much more! Thanks to James for making these residents feel so happy and keeping them busy

A very special thank you to you and your staff for a wonderful birthday. The food was wonderful. The service was perfect. The cake made by Victor was perfect. I had six outside guests and they were so impressed. My 80th birthday was just great. I have lived here two years and I love it here.

Such great customer service and care, a big thank you goes out to Kathy and Pam, they are top-notch in every way! I'm sure there are many more who deserve recognition as well, my mom loves it there.

The staff as Cypress Place make this place very special! Everyone is polite and professional, doing their job, but also so compassionate and caring. You can really tell everyone loves what they do and they have so much heart.

When you or your family needs to be in a more structured environment, it can be scary not knowing what to expect. I can tell you, I wish there had been a place like this for my Mom when she needed it. I can only imagine the difference it could have made for her. No question i would have been all over having her at the Lexington. The staff here takes every opportunity to get to know "their people" on a personal level so they can provide the highest quality of care possible. When you see the interactions between the administrator, the staff, and the residents, you know this is a happy place to be. Seeing the super fun activities and things going on within the community makes me want to go join them. And.... Have you seen some of the food they serve?? Yum!! If you or a loved one is in need of a little more structure to life, and you want somewhere full of life and energy, check these guys out.

The Lexington is a wonderful community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is kind, and there’s a real sense of care and comfort throughout the building. It’s clear they work hard to make it a great place for residents.

This is a great community, amazing staff, friendly environment, beautiful dining room and I absolutely love the theater room. They are definitely on top of there game at the Lexington.
