I heard a noise that alarmed me and spoke with Frank. He scheduled me immediately and introduced me to Marco. Marco was thorough, listened like a champ, and after a test drive was able to identify that my rear breaks and rotors needed replacing. He and the mechanic also identified other concerns and provided a timeline by when they recommended the repair be completed. When it came time to pay I was surprised because Marco mentioned a possibility for a discount. Sure enough, he discounted the price as he mentioned. He gave me the brake to take home to show my family. feel so much safer now. I’ll be back and I am now a loyal customer. I love their honest transparent evaluation and service. Everyone was kind and professional.

The service was above and beyond. My car drives so much better now. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was done the same day. Thank you so much for the Tech that took the time to thoroughly check my car and find the things that needed to be fixed, received a call to let me to know before starting and I approved for them to fix it all. The pricing was also very affordable compared to what I would have been paying if I took it to the dealership. I'll definitely be taking my car back to them. Customer service and professionalism were top notch. Thank you again.

This is a very well run shop. I took my Hyundai in for transmission service. They got me in quickly; serviced the trans, replaced the rear brake pads, and resurfaced the rear rotors. They had it all done in just under 90 minutes and at a very reasonable cost. I'll go there again.

They are very professional and honest about the repairs to guarantee come back in the near future. I’m impressed how fast they worked on my car in my situation. The best part was not being worried and feeling confident that they will fix the problem in a fast pace. I was blessed to run into them in my situation and they also have a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off.

Every aspect of Concours Motors Auto Repair is 5 star. The lounge is clean and spacious, the service managers are friendly and work as a team, the mechanics are knowledgeable and thorough, and they were able to get me in and out within a day. I recommend them and they are my go to auto shop.
