Commodore Perry Apartments

We love living at Commodore Perry! The office staff is very friendly and inviting, and makes us feel very welcomed. It is clean, in a perfect location to everything downtown, and we have made several friends living here! Our only regret is not moving here sooner.

The Commodore Perry is hands-down the best place to live in downtown Toledo. You are within minutes walking distance to Fifth Third, the Huntington Center and all the best bars and restaurants. The building is beautiful with its historic charm and the staff is so caring and considerate. Special shoutouts to Laurie and Kyle! The Commodore is always well kept and clean thanks to Laurie's diligence! And Kyle is always so quick to respond to any maintenance request and does so with positivity and kindness! The Commodore residents are very lucky to have people who care so much, it's very appreciated by your residents, thank you.

I submitted a hot water turn-on request and it was promptly solved by Stephanie, the property manager. I had the best shower of my life. Stephanie is very pleasant and prompt and goes out of her way to provide above and beyond service. I'm enjoying living here very much with all of the pleasantness, amenities and services.
