High Acres Apartments & Townhomes

My boyfriend and I have lived at High Acres Apartments and Townhomes for almost a year now and we absolutely love it here. We just renewed our lease without hesitation! From the dog park, in ground pool, playground, and the wonderful staff at the Leasing office, there is something for everybody at High Acres! Matthew, the assistant Property Manager is very professional and responsive, if you have any questions you can always call the front desk to help you. The maintenance team has been amazing as well- anything we need, they are always there as soon possible to help! I would recommend High Acres to my friends and family, and we love living here. They also accommodate cats and dogs if you have them, so that’s a huge bonus for animal owners!

Todd was great. And generally all the guys have been terrific in my 16+ years here. Good response times espcially in recent years, very courteous and Todd explained everything very well. It is really appreciated!

I have lived here 26 + years. I love the staff and Management., very helpful every time I need assistance and very professional. Maintenance are always prompt and the office is always helpful.
